is it OK to use hair fibers in order to conceal it ?

i did it from Estenbul Health - Turkey , Dr Güven . he did one of my friends hair transplant and at 7 months he have good results

its been 3 weeks since my hair transplant around 3000 grafts , i have notice a patch in my right side while other doner area is recovering fine , is this shock loss or over harvesting , i have attached 2 photos one is around 1 week and 1st one which the patch is noticeable is 3 weeks , hope i find someone who had similar problem after hair transplant
