Hey this happened to me. I had a great transplant. Literally changed my life it fell out two years later i have had to go in again and couldn’t get the same quality I’ve no idea what happened but mine never came back. Very depressing

9 months ago now so it should have grown back, and yes I should have disccussed it but it grew out great and looked fantastic for four months, now it just looks awful.

Help! I had a transplant and the doctor for some reason put hairs in between my hairline and it has comepletley ruined my hair. It was growing out really well but everything must have fallen out as rather than getting better the hairline has got worse and now looks like stribg. Really at a loss as to what to do

Hye I had a transplant in the frontal area in the UK and I dont like where they have placed some of the grafts. Is there anywhere in the UK that you can recommend who can extra grafts I dont like for a more natural ahirline? Im sure I read there are places that can help...

Hey Is it possible to get shock loss after 3 months? The surgeon implanted hair into existing hair to thicken it up. It all started growing together at first and was really good and really thick but over the last couple of months the hairline seems to have receded and the area has become thinner too. I am not sure if this is new hair or original hair but I wondered if it’s possible to get shock loss and shedding so late on? is the result I saw at first with all the hair growing together going to be the end result or have I lost hair as it is worse 5 months after than it was 2 months after

5 months ago now. I literally lost all my amazing hair from the first transplant. I don’t know what happened but because you couldn’t get your haircut in Covid I didn’t realise or notice until May last year and just saw how different it was. I’ve had my second transplant done and it still hasn’t made a difference to what I wanted.

Hey three years ago I had an amazing hair transplant. You can see how thick it was at the top. During Covid it literally all thinned out and now it’s like it is below and the below is after another hair transplant. is it possible for hair transplants to thin out. I had the most amazing hairline. I’ve no idea what happened to it. It just all thinned out in Covid. is this possible? top after first transplant below after second transplant

Its not its from my old transplant. But will more come after this as im at 5 months? Just dont know why it grew so fast at first and then dropped out. Is it usual to shed after 2 months?

Sadly I didnt take any like that. But the front you see that looks growth is actually an old transplant so the rest was added

Top photo is after 2 months below photo is now. I can obviously tell the difference but it was a huge difference and was a lot thicker at 2 months than now

Its the frontal area that is thinning and had the transplants in but they fell out after 3 months...

Current situation

I started themeds last june. 1300 hairs not grafts and yes I was taking medication all throughout. Just wanted to know why this may be happening. Is it delayed fallout? It looks awful

Hey no it hadnt. The pandmemic made me lose more hair so I went and got another transplant. About 1300 hairs. As I say at first the growth was brilliant but then it all just fell out. The last transplant was the same. i can only put the first transplant loss down to PRP with a dermaroller? Is that possible? AS after that it started to fall out but because I couldnt have my hair cut for 4 months I have no idea if it had gone as its only at the front. So with the new transplant it grew for 3 months and just gone now. Almost 5 months in.

I am 43, using minoxidl and propecia. I had a procedure at 39 which was amazing but during the pandemic it all fell out. I have no idea why or how, it was brilliant before that. Maybe stress. So I wnet in for another and it all grew really well for the firt 3 months. I then went for a haircut the other day and now it is totally gone. Its slike for 3 months it was great then suddenly all fell out.

Hey I had a hair transplant at DHI 5 months ago. It grew really well for the first 3 months and now suddently im into my fifth month and it has totally thinned out, like worse than before my procedure. I had a transplant done before that was really successful with DHI but this one all fell out. Ive read that its usual to fall out of curse but not 4 months after the surgery. I wnet for a haircut and they totally ruined my hair. Could they have ruined the transplant? It was really thick for a few months and now its al gone. I would udnerstand if it was the firts two months but not almost five months in. Anyone had a similar exerience or can share any helpful advise?
