Hi all I have done extensive research and I'm ready to book my first hair transplant. I've contacted a few clinics and so far I find their response times extremely slow or non-existent, especially the Turkish ones (Bicer, Armamed, AEK, Sahinoglu). I made enquiries (email, whatsapp) with these around mid-Jan and so far only Ozen the coordinator from Bicer Clinic has replied, but that was 2 weeks ago now and I'm still waiting for a quote. It's very frustrating and doesn't fill me with confidence as to how these places go about their business, although I realize they may be very busy and overwhelmed now that the world is opening up post covid. The only place that has replied so far is Hair Palace Budapest. I found them to be very professional and even had a video consultation which was very informative. I may sound impatient, but if you guys could give me an idea of what kind of response time to expect, then that would put me more at ease. Thanks for your help and for this great forum.
