Hi thanks so much. Few days after the treatment I started my normal routine and if you want you can start heavy workout as well. So currently, it’s been 3 weeks and I’m taking Finistride 1mg and some multi-vitamins(optional) as prescribed by Eugenix. And they asked to do daily shampoo. Else everything is normal and like before only.
