As long as you don't get a sunburn, you will be fine

Hello friend, these things are pretty useless, I tried them but the results are minimal while the cost is really high

It's completely normal, don't worry, it will grow back

Don't overdo it and don't get a sunburn and you will be fine... wear a hat during the hottest part of the day. I personally would not put a sunscreen cream on my head, the chemicals in it just may be too harsh

I experienced new growth even 12 - 18 months after FUE. My growth was strange, 6 months after was good, 10 months after I got some hair loss and wasn't happy, then after 12 months the hair came back again... 18 months after I was finally quite happy with it... also I let my hair grow longer and it started looking much better

Be sure you are aware that SMP is not without its own cons, risks, baggage, etc.
What cons, risks and baggage are you talking about?

Hello guys,
A month ago I did my second FUE 1700 grafts. The first one was 3 years ago around 3000 grafts. I'd like to have an SMP both on the donor and recipient, how long do I need to wait? Some doctors on Realself say a few weeks, some say a few months...
Can the SMP damage the grafts / prevent them from growing in the recipient area?

For me shedding hair shafts always started as soon as 3 days post op ( I have done 3 FUE surgeries). I don't think it matters if it's a single or a multi, they do shed regardless.

How about hemiacosmetics?
Are they any good?

I am wondering if you guys who had a second transplant did see a slower, or a faster growth than from your first procedure. If so, what months did you start seeing new growth and how long did it continue to mature?
-
Did you see any improvement after 9 months?

Which doctor did the surgery?

It's not bad at all, actually, it looks quite good. You will get more density in the next few couple months

It will get better soon, good luck!

I think looks good, it's got a natural look and will even get better in the next few months

Hello to everyone, I have a question the answer which for I never was able to find on internet. It is advised to rest at least 4-6 weeks before hitting the gym again. That’s fine, those the same rule count for gymnasts too. What I mean isn’t just stretching. More like Handstands, and ring routines, where you are going upside down. Might the blood pressure raise or bloss flow to the head. Do you think is ok to do handstands after 4 Weeks post OP ?
Thanks for any advice 🙏
According to Dr. Rassman, who is a great HT authority and a HT pioneer, you can assume almost any type of exercise 3 days post op in case of FUE. Me too, I am a gymnast and started my handstand routine 7 days post op. I didn't have any issues, might have even improved the blood circulation in the head. Just be mindful not to hit your head against something... but 4 weeks post op you are totally fine.

According to William Rassman 2 weeks post op is fine:
