  1. Im going to Yaman in Turkey. Shock loss is something I asked about and it was according to them not going to be a problem. But I am afraid of this cause it do seem to happen. I got a offer from Dr Turan in Turkey aswell who would do 2000-2500 grafts in frontal and 1500 in mid scalp/crown region. Soit make more sense to have the doctor do 2000-3000 grafts for the front and then be coming back in a year or so. To avoid shock loss of my native hair as good as possible?
  2. I am having a hair transplant in a few days and would like to have opinion about where to put most grafts. 26 years old been on finasteride 1 year. Started losing hair at about 19 years old. My doctor believe he can do good coverage with about 4000-4500 grafts in one session over the whole head. What do you think about having the front half done with about 3500 grafts recreating a hairline and fill up density in the front. Then after a year or 2 come back to do the crown and possibly fill up more if needed in the front. Would an alternative be to do the hairline/front half and try adding minoxidile and microneedling for the crown? Where on the norwood scale would you say I am? Thanks
