  1. I apply the lotion at night and wash my head the next day.
  2. Thanks for your answer. Are you using the 0.1% dutasteride lotion? Is it Dr. Mwamba's lotion? How often do you use it? I have been using this lotion since mid October and I have not noticed any side effects. I think that since I am 42 years old I may notice fewer sexual side effects. How old are you?
  3. Hello everybody. My name is Javier, I am 42 years old and I am from Spain. I would like to briefly explain my experience with Dr. Mwamba's dutasteride lotion at 0.1%. I have had several hair transplants in my life, some of them with terrifying results, which caused me to become depressed. I used oral finasteride from 2001 to 2008 because I suffered from side effects (low libido, concentration problems, apathy). Since 2008 I have not used any medication for hair loss. I only Intend to share my experience to help others and to be absolutely honest about. I have been suffering from alopecia for many years (since 2000) and I am very skeptical about the treatments. There have been many years of disappointments, false promises, etc. When I was 25 years old, experts said that soon a pill would come out that would stop hair loss (sammumed, cb-0301, Sar Plus, DMHO, etc.) and after 20 years we continued with finasteride and minoxidil (this one never did. I have used). 4 months ago I underwent my last intervention, grafting on the scars from my first interventions (my first three surgeries were in 2001, 2003 and 2005 and at that time the FUT technique was used because the FUE was beginning. In this last intervention I met a patient who was using various treatments against hair loss. He takes oral finasteride, oral minoxidil, vitamins, but he told me that since he started using Dr Mwamba's dutasteride lotion he did notice good results. After talking with him for several months and seeing his comparative photos I decided to try the lotion, although as I have told you I am very skeptical. I have always thought that antiandrogen lotions work because there is systemic penetration, which would lead to side effects. After much thought, I decided to try the 0.1% dutasteride lotion every 5 days. I have been using it for 3 months and have not suffered any side effects of any kind. As for the hair, I have not been able to notice less loss because I am shaved at 0 (I shave every 3/4 days). But for a few days I have the feeling that my hair is thicker, darker. When I run my hand over my head, I notice the prick of the short hairs, but in the crown area I feel the soft area because the hair is weakened, but now I have the feeling that it pricks more. I know that many of you will think that this is my first forum post and that Dr. Mwamba pays me to say this. I am not going to argue with anyone and I do not intend to convince anyone.I have been reading this forum for many many years and just want to add my grain of salt as gratitude to others. I only intend to explain my experience and I intend to be absolutely honest with the lotion. For now it is working for me but it is too early to say openly that the lotion works. I will continue to use the lotion to check that it is still working for me and I will post photos.
