Without seeing any photos I really can’t provide you with my specific opinion on your case and what you might need moving forward.  Thus, if you want more specific feedback I recommend posting some photos of your scalp before surgery and immediately post op.

Rahal Hair Transplant 

I am 31 years old. Having hair loss for probably more than 5 years. 

Right now I am taking Fin 1mg/day for over a year, using Minoxidil, and laser hat.

My attention usually was at front of my hairline. And it has obvious improvement after I am taking Fin. So I thought my hair loss has stopped. 

Then during the hair transplant trip, I realize I have diffuse thinning, and my crown is a lot thinner than say 2 years ago. I had 3500 graft HT at HLC, 2500 at front, and 1000 at crown. 

Now I am still experiencing lots of hair falling out daily (this had been weeks before HT).  It seems that my hair loss is not stabilized.

One important detail is that I only used Minoxidil in frontal hairline. 

I am thinking of maybe taking Dutasteride, or micro needling. 

Any suggestion would help.

Saline solution is nothing special, you don't need to search for a particular brand, it's literally just salt water. Just ask your pharmacist. You can probably even find it in your local supermarket.

Hello, I just finished HT surgery at HLC and travelled back to my country. I only have 2 small bottle of Saline spray solutions to spray on the receiver area every 2 hours, and it's running out. I am wondering what kind of Saline spray I can buy here in pharmacy in Canada to replace this. Any suggestions would help!

I recomand you to go to other clinic  which do not use so many grafts, hlc will use a lots of grafts for a small area and your donor is not so strong. They quotated you 2500 grafts but when you will be there for sure they will tell you a bigger number and also they do not do usually unshaved transplant.

which clinic do you recommend?

yes I am, for a year already

HLC suggested about 2500

i consult with Rahal's consultant one year and half ago, and they suggested 2000 grafts. 

i have been taking finasteride for over a year, also using rogaine and laser light helmet

Hello everyone, I am 30 year old and NW2, and thinking of booking FUE for my hairline improvement with HLC.

So far communication is super slow, I can only email them and get replies in about 2 days. (Is info@fue-hlc.com their official email, just to be sure?)

I see good review about them, but I've never seen any reviews with their unshaved option, and I've attached a few pictures of mine.

I'll be travel from Toronto Canada, so it's a long flying trip for me. Any tips for travelling to Ankara turkey would be great.

Any suggestions would be appreicated.
