splitting hairs: Cant I plant 1200 now, then maybe another 1200 later when it progresses?

I've spoken to people who have taken propecia and fina and a majority of them claim that it has effected their testosterone.

I got a prescription for propecia a year ago, never took it. I naturally have Libido problems, and propecia will just worsen it.

I'm a 22 year old with class 2 mpb, I'm considering surgery but Id like to know if its really worth it? Ive visited an office near my home, and they said all I would need for my hairline is about 1200 grafts to fill it in for now at $3 each. Does anyone know if this is a reputable doctor?
