  1. I consulted with Dr. Yaman, and got a really good strategy and price from him. Of the the Tier-2 clinics, he's one of the lowest. Being a member of ISHRS and doing the incisions by himself, why is his price as low as hair mills where a doctor is probably not even involved ? Appreciate your thoughts on this.
  2. Thank you Berba and John, better sense prevailed and I'm now considering going through with the wedding first, and then think about the HT later on. Might get a couple of PRP sessions in these 4 months to see if it changes anything. However, the best time to get HT done seems to be in the next one year because now my donor area is healthy and I might still be able to get decent results if I go through, rather than just wait. Thanks for your help.
  3. I would love to go down to India, which is my home country, and get this done with Eugenix. But UAE (where I work) has suspended flights with India and the reason I cannot wait for the flights to open is that I'm getting married in November, and would love to grow some hair by then. So time is really not on my side. Is 4 months too short a time for hair to grow back to a decent amount ? Am I taking a risk ?
  4. Thanks for your responses guys. Much appreciated. I will get in touch with them. Any other recommendations in INDIA?
  5. All clinics should click pictures clearly identifying their clincs.
  6. Hello, First of all, a big thanks to this blog, I now know quite a few things about HT and the Turkey HT mafia. I'm a 31 yo M, from Dubai, a Norwood 7, who would need around 5k grafts. I am considering Turkey because I've heard a lot about it and some of the results (the ones they chose to post online) look decent but soon discovered that most of these are actually "Hair Mills" from this blog. I'm not gonna lie, I do not want to go to one of the Tier-1 places like HLC, Dr Bicer, Perkiner, Keser etc. First, probably because the results look only marginally better than the Tier- 2 clinics (not hair mills) and I might be wrong about this. Second, personally, I might as well go bald in a couple of years rather than spending $ 16-18k. Confidence is not an issue for me, so I don't see the point of spending so much on my hair. Also, I do not completely agree that one has to visit only these elite clinics to get a decent result, but can also visit an experienced / ISHRS certified specialist. Please do comment if your opinion differs. So coming to the point of this question, can someone please provide decent recommendations for Tier - 2 hospitals / clinics in Turkey that are not "Hair Mills" ? (I am avoiding clinics like "Long Hair" where Dr. Ahmet Yilidrim said he'll do 5k grafts or more in a single sitting) I will go for 2 sittings and I am considering Smile Hair Clinic (Dr. Mehmet Erdogan), Dr. Resul Yaman, and Demirsoy. I would love feedback on these and suggestions on better ones please.
