Get a second opinion. I think you can handle another fut to cover the front. I  would try top doctors in the states. You only have one donor. Get on meds  and save up for a top doc.

Some surgeons send you home with saline spray every hour and cover with plastic wrap then loose fitting hat. If you wear a hat I would use plastic wrap to not disturb the grafts.

I heard about the topical finasteride for the first time a couple of weeks ago and Im trying read as much as I can about it before I try it, and will probably give it a try.

Breezula and other topical anti androgens will be out in a year or two. I would wait on that.

Looking good.they say the crown takes the longest to come in. Have you contacted Dr. Cooley about the scar? Most likely shock loss. hang in there!

Here is the most current at 6 months. Last 6 month pic at this angle was with wet hair. I will do second pass in August for crown.

Dr. Cooley and his staff were great. Not much to add that hasn’t already been said about hotel, professionalism, etc. I would like to add that I did not feel any pain during anesthesia injections. I do minoxidil daily and biotin. Laser helmet 3 x week.

The counts were

Total= 3,780

Let it grow out and wait 6 months. If transected hairs, these could grow back if follicle not compromised. Could also have a little shock loss. But I agree with everyone here the pattern  area is too small for that many grafts.

Does intermittent fasting affect hair loss? How about diet and exercise with goal of weight loss following a hair transplant?

Possible Gangrene crepitus infection . You can see blistering or gas under skin. This is an emergency. Would see ER today regardless.

Looking good. Hair is thickening up. Crown filling in nice. I’m scheduled with Cooley this summer. Thanks for your updates.
