  1. OK 600 is does seem reasonable, but you guys making me paranoid now. I just shaved my hair so I can not take any good photos for hairloss analysis. I have lost some of my hair photos for better overview with longer hair. I believe I am not diffuse thinning when my hair is short it clumps up ( 1 inch to like 3 inch growth) after that it start looking normal. Here is my 8ish month post-op with same light. I do have some loss in the back nothing crazy + I also had an accident where my head got split on top leaving me with bald spot as well, so I am used to folks telling me I have a bald spot since I was like 10. Wet longer hair with on same day brush to the side Here are my photos somewhat before my first transplant: different light same hair You think I still need entire scalp? I am hella paranoid now.
  2. I am always on the go and active, my head gets sweaty fibers probably would make my hairline look like it's actually crying (lol). I am aiming to restore visual density without any additional fibers.
  3. I see how it might be a bit confusing, it just direction of light. It's very harsh light going against my hair direction + my hair being like one inch long. I think first picture best shows my loss (wet, longer hair). This is when my hair is dry w/o super harsh light, but I do have light right over my head in this picture as well. I showed different pictures sadly do not have those anymore, also I video chatted with Dr.Diep when I had longer hair and showed him my frontal loss in detail (5 month growth at that time, most of a time I buzz it off due to not wanting to hide my thinning spots right now). I talked to him few months back. I'm currently reassessing my hair.
  4. On fin +5 years, most of pictures I posted are my hair fresh out of shower, I talked to Dr.Diep/Bloxham. Diep quoted around 800 grafts for frontal coverage including slight lowering of left corner and Bloxham quoted around 600. I do have some thinning on top but front is main priority to fix first. Picture below is my hair brushed forward, w/o me trying to hide any thinning. If I brush my crown to the side its fairly easy to hide at +4 month growth.
  5. Hawdy folks, I am currently trying to navigate toward my 2nd transplant. I previously had 1200ish FUE grafts place in front on both sides. Even then I knew I would need some extra grafts in the middle, but opted out just to fill in my temples. Now I am looking to fill in my midscalp and a small patch in the middle of my hairline. Now my question to you folks is how many grafts do you think I need to fill in those areas? Last transplant in 2019 On fin for +5 years. Some photos include wet hair. also just shaved my head to see how my hairline is doing. Thanks for any input!
