I know that it says minoxidil should be kept in 20-25 degress Celius,but because of the circumstances was keeping minoxidil(actually its topical liquid minoxidil 5% and finasteride mix in one bottle) in room temperature for 3 months and that room temperature was somewhere in between 25-30 degress Celsius (77-86 F).Noticed that my hair shedding increased and can tell by looking in the mirror i have less hair. Because i changed location for these 3 months from cold country to a hot one , thinking what else could have impacted this shedding change (maybe ate different food or didnt take vitamins there and probably could think of other changes too) ... I'm using minoxidil for 3-4 years now. Maybe it's effectiveness is coming down... Many thoughts in the head... So just interested if anyone has solid information if minoxidil is useless if kept in this 25-30 degrees celsius range and goes bad?

I don't think anybody would be okay,with the results i got, to say the least....So me asking for my money back,i don't see nothing wrong here.Refunding would be a bare minimum what a respectable business would do. I think taking things to court and getting a compensation for all the damage would be more appropriate ,but of course these companies can do whatever they want and avoid all repercussions... So even before posting the review i knew the refund is doubtful. I'm sharing my full and true experience in detail here. Maybe somebody is considering Shift hair transplant and my review can help them out. If i got refunded i would leave this thread as it is and just added that company at least refunded me and owned up about their wrong doing...

You blame me for asking for a refund? I actually think not only should get my money back ,but they should pay for my second procedure. Since not only they just failed at their job,but they ruined my hair in the process. Also you think i should keep this experience for myself ? Just let them be and do what they do? I definitely registered to publish my hair transplantation at " Shift hair transplant " review. Are there any other reasons why should i register on the hairrestorationnetwork ? Haven't logged in since,because my created thread didn't have no new messages.That is till today ofcourse and here i am logging in again...

G You made the same post on another forum some time ago which i responded to,so let me do it again in here... 1.Yes you have interpreter, but the medical staff which is actually doing the operation aren't too good at english to say the least.2.Now regarding the music. I let them play it just because didn't want to be a dick and thought they might appreciate that and do a good job on me. But everything (including laughing about something in Turkish throughout ) was very annoying and ,apparently from my end results, this unprofessional behavior isn't helping you do a good job on your customers.3.Now what new photos do you need? These photos are after 12+ months have passed. Do you expect new hair to magically appear in my transplanted regions? If you need new pictures just let me know.You can marvel at the "amazing" job that you did,because the hair is looking even worse than just after 12 months post operation!4.Actually I shared everything about the procedure and our exchanges,including that you offered a free retouch,but as i stated in my opening post, i won't be foolish enough to go for transplantation in your clinic again, since obviously from my results you don't know what you are actually doing. So free retouch for what?5.You are saying "a complete refund without an in-person examination isn't really an easy thing" . So what do you want me to do, come to Istanbul? This is not my mistake, you did a horrible job! If you need in person examination, come to my place and do that any time you want. But, just random people,who don't know too much about transplantation, can see, from my posted pictures, that end result is horrible! It's just mind boggling to me that after doing just the most terrible job you could possibly do, lying about the graft count and trying to deceive me after 12 months saying "We've evaluated your file and saw that you got many new hair" (second attached screenshot from your post) you still trying to put the blame on me ! Shift hair transplant is just an embarrassment !6.Now, i didn't get my operation at a discounted price, this was the price at the time and for some reason you just increased your prices some time ago. You gave me a free stay at hotel when i said,that i will be doing a review after procedure.Thats true.The puzzling thing is how could you do such a terrible job knowing that i will be writing a review later on... You should be motivated to do your best, but probably because the operation team just lacks the skills, you just can't...7.So you're telling me that asking for a refund is a blackmail? Now should i explain backstory of my e-mail too,because ,you know, also not my real name and nationality there? Seems pretty pathetic and desperate to try to attack somebodys username on the forum. I think this tells a lot about you and your company...Now could i get a response from you too? A. Why are you lying to people about the graft count?As i said i calculated 1600 tops and you wrote in the certificate 2280. B.Could you provide us the name of the "doctor" who does the operations?For some reason on another forum you kept quiet when we asked about it. Could it be that shes not actually a real doctor and you're deceiving people on this one too? Side note,can see that my google review ,about you, for some reason is gone. Don't know how you managed to sneakily remove it,but will try to post it again.Thanks for letting me notice it.

Hmmm, not sure if all of the options in Turkey are bad, but definitely more risk there. Right now not actively looking for fixes, especially with this pandemic situation and travel restrictions....

So, i actually was doing tons and tons of research... And one of the main reason i decided to choose this clinic is because they said they only do 2 patients a day.I though because of that the quality of service would be better,but obviously i was wrong...

Definitely.The good thing that the donor area is intact and ready for the future needs.

Yea, what can you do. You live and learn as they say ... In the future will be trying to get a fix, but will wait for the calmer times to do that.

Hello to everyone reading this, it’s my review or feedback about Shift Hair Transplant and my experience there. I had level 1 or level 2 ,hair thinning at the temple area and decided to fill that area up and lower the hairline a little bit also. So 14+ months has passed since my hair transplantation at Shift and now I’m ready to give my full feedback / review… At first I contacted Shift and the communication was good, they answered my questions and also gave me a free hotel stay when I said that I will be writing a review after my procedure. When I arrived in Istanbul the driver was waiting at the airport on time and drove me to the hotel. On operation day everything was as planed and I was in hospital on time. While I was In hospital most of communication was with the manager. He was speaking good English and translated for the doctor who wasn’t too comfortable speaking it to say the least. The hospital itself wasn’t fancy nor bad. Somewhere in the middle I would say and acceptable. Now when we get to the main thing and that’s the operation, this is where things go really wrong… Lets start that two guys (technicians), who helped the doctor, looked like they just graduated high school, so it definitely doesn’t make you feel comfortable. Also the fact that they aren’t too good at speaking English doesn’t help too.The professionalism was lacking too, since throughout operation they were playing Turkish music (they asked for my permission to play it,but It definitely was too annoying especially considering all of the circumstances ) and laughing between each other about something in Turkish, that included the doctor too… The promised painless anesthesia is also misleading, since it only works for some part of the scalp (back side if I remember correctly) and the front scalp is painful as hell when those long needles need to go deep to do there job. Also they didn’t do good job with anesthesia, I had to ask them to do that again on some parts because I was feeling the pain during operation. So at the start of procedure I decided to count how many grafts they implant, since you are awake during whole operation so why not do something during it… And that’s when I caught them also cheating with numbers on me… I counted 1600 implanted grafts at most and on operation certificate I got it was written 2280!!! When I confronted them about it they were caught off guard, they didn’t expect anybody would be counting those grafts, but I did and I know these are just random numbers, not real ones… They started whispering between each other, but didn’t give me a good explanation for the difference between there and mine numbers…Since I paid 1340 euros, after operation I received 4 shampoo bottles and one serum spray. 3 of those shampoo bottles which are of the same (Haarex transfix) I think actually make my hair fall out more, since the ingredients aren’t natural and are only paraben free. So definitely wouldn’t recommend getting those…Now let’s get to the final result after 14+ months… And again it shows the lack of skill and knowledge on the doctors part… The transplantation regions look visibly different and definitely not good. They implanted hair not dense enough and that’s why the end result is looking bad. I did everything they asked and even more. Took great care of the hair and followed all precautions. The only reason this happened is because the operation team was not good at what they are doing… I contacted shift and wanted my money refunded, but they only offered a follow up procedure, which I of course declined even though it would be for free… I don’t want this serious procedure done again on me with unprofessional people. So this is the end of my review.Adding pre-operation, post-operation and now photos (censored them a little for privacy reasons). As you probably can guess I’m regretting my decision to do transplantation at Shift and I hope this review will help people not make the same mistake I did.
