Not before having kids.  Family is my priority and I wouldn’t risk anything. 

Ι am a believer that finasteride side effects are  almost non-existent and IF they occur, reversible. 

BUT, BUT:

Being a father for me is the something you don't play around with, and I wouldn't take finasteride before having kids, even if there is 1% possibility something happening.

IF you decide to take have some hormonal test before starting and consult with your doctor. Also, monitor your hormones after some time. 

The above may sound contradictory but this is my opinion. 

Looks good! How many grafts did you put in the front and how many grafts for crown?

Your doctor gave you antibiotics and he advised you that it is ok to have a beer during this period? Are you sure about this? Who is your doctor? 😝

Truth is that most probably nothing would happen even if you had a beer during the HT. Just kidding! 😀

I have seen much worse. Your case seems reversible, easily I would say. Make sure your second attempt is successful and you will be fine. 

You are entering the nice period of growing! 

May I ask you please, what did Dr. Erdogan say about the amount of grafts you have left? Can you do another procedure in the future if needed? 

Go to Erdogan, you will spend less and fix your problem for life. You need 3000g for the front and like 500 to make your crown a bit more dense. Contrast between your hair  colour and crown colour will help the end result. 

Its like asking me for proof that Maradona was a good footballer.

I didn't say you are that bald! I said it seems you will end up NW6-7. Its quite possible this will happen looking at your crown at 27 years old. Anyway, judge all opinions and you can decide.

Really great so far! One of those results you forget you even had a problem. Dr. Cinik also greatly used the amount of the grafts with correct placement. Initially I thought you needed some more. So great assessment of the case upfront!

It’s not one size fits it all. You are very young with probability for NW7. 
 

You have high risk your hair in the back to go further down in the next 20-30 years. This will cause you two problems:

1) You will need to have a second hair transplant 

2) Some of the transplanted hairs will fall as well as will be taken out from areas which you thought were safe now, but in 30 years you will realize they weren’t. 
 

Of course hair is not everything in life and it’s totally normal not to want to commit to to finasteride for the rest of your life. I absolutely understand this. I am just presenting you, your options. 
 

My 2 cents. 

All of them are top doctors. Although at least half of those doctors won’t operate you if you don’t start finasteride one year in advance.
Of course you can lie about it, but the fact that they insist on it says a lot do it how important it is for your case. 

NW6 maybe going to NW7. You can get a hair transplant ONLY if you decide to start medication. I would personally also go to FUT to make 100% I will be inside the safe zone in the future. Your donor looks healthy. You will be needing approximately 4500 grafts. Good Luck! 

Looks like clean work. Maybe you needed a fix in the temporal peaks it would help a lot your looks. 

It is totally normal for 100% of transplanted hairs to fall within one month. 

Anything above Dr. Lorenzo’s price in Spain, I think 4$/g, is not justifiable in my opinion.

Can you please more clear pictures? Indeed it seems like a straight line kind of hairline but not 100% sure due to picture quality. 

It can happen, it may not damage BUT its better to avoid it. Go to the shower, put shampoo on your hair, leave it for like 15-20 minutes, and then scabs will be come so soft they will just fall off soft without hairs, without even touching them - just with some light water pressure. 

Most probably nothing to worry about though. 

Good luck with your hair transplant. I can see that donor area is starting to get thin going downwards. NW6 maybe 7? I would suggest to start finasteride if you want to keep these transplanted hairs for years as your doctor went quite high to extract this amount of grafts.
