Apart from asymmetries, the angle of the hair that is implanted is equally important to make the result look natural.

Any news here?

Density is sympathetic, but what kind of hairline design is this?
-
The right doctor can do it. You need to be very careful when choosing a doctor.
But at 25 years old and with this hair, stay away from it!!!! Looking at hair I would evaluate in like 5 years or so.

If you have a lot of hair already foam is impossible to reach the scalp.

Its not that bad. Did you spray your head every hour as advised? It helps.
-
Looks great, congrats! You still have improvements to see.

Go to someone that can properly guide you and will prescribe you finasteride/ minoxidil but before, and since you are young, do some hormonal exams to check if all is good.
Your situation with the above medicine and at this age should be reversible.

I like the placement of grafts on the crown really artistic work.
-
He probably put all grafts in zone a and b which are the only zones we see in the picture and he left the mid and crown untouched.

I tell everyone with the first chance I have, why would I be embarrassed about a hair transplant?

First of all best of luck with your hair transplant! You deserve the best having helped so many people.
I have a question for you as I am somehow in a similar situation I have got two HT with around 5500g so far. I am 40, I take finasteride and I have approximately 2500g left who would solve my problem once and for all with density around 40-45g in all the head, BUT they are the last grafts I have. I am confused on whether I should take the final step or keep the last 2.500g (my density now is around 37g average) for the future in case something happens even though I am on finasteride.
Have you thought of the above? Have you decided to give all you got, having the risk that something may happen in 20 years and you wont have grafts available?
I am interested to hair how you tackle these thoughts, taking into consideration you also don't take finasteride.
Many thanks Melvin!

I wouldn't do this. You need to let you head breathe, not sweat and definitely not get any infection.

Hello everyone,
I'm currently 29 years old. When I was 18, I started losing my hair and when I was 23 it started getting really bad. That’s when I started taking finasteride but I started seeing side effects when I was 25 years old and so I stopped. After that the hair loss expedited and in the attached photos, you can see how advanced the stage is. I contacted two doctors, Hasson and Wong and Sean Behnam, and both think that I'm not a good candidate for hair restoration saying that my final pattern of loss is aggressive and my donor reserves are limited. Has anyone else faced the same issue? What would be suggested in this case? Is it possible to use beard or body hair? If so, which doctor does that? I would appreciate any comment or help.
Ask Doctors if they think you have DUPA, but to be 100% sure a doctor must see you in person and check with microscope the miniaturization of your hair.

Max grafts you can extract, or max grafts in General?
-
With only 700 grafts even if I did the extraction it would be impossible to do harm to your donor. 😀
-
Apply some aloe Vera in the donor, it refreshes the area and removes itching.

They won’t be noticeable at all.

The extraction tool, looks quite big above 1-1.1mm. Nevertheless they will soon go away.
-
Depends on what you do. 3 weeks should be ok. But if you want to deadlift 400 pounds I would wait a bit longer, you get my point! 😀
-
Pictures please we need to understand how big the problem is.
-
You need to refrain from taking it 6 months to 1 year to notice the effect on your hair. Starting or stopping finasteride will not have an effect to the hairs you currently have on your head but on the next cycle of your hair, when new hairs emerge from your scalp THAT ONE will be different.
-
Your donor looks a bit weak to me. Can you please post some more pictures? Either way you definitely will be needing finasteride as the back side of your donour is receding.
