So a little bit of a background before I dive into the details....my name is Ali, I'm 28 from the UK. I have been experiencing hair loss for the past 3-4 years and I would say I am a Norwood 6-7. I have been considering a HT for the past year and have finally decided to get one done ASAP.
I have been doing research surrounding HTs and more particularly, comparing the UK clinics vs Turkish Clinics. I think id like to start of by mentioning that at first I was very adamant of getting my HT done from the UK, where I am based. The whole idea of travelling abroad for a few days just did not appeal to me. However, I have quickly learned that the UK is not the best place to get a HT. In fact, I don't think they it would make it in the top 10 list..
The reason for my post is that I really want to make sure that I am choosing the right Clinic/DR. At first my budget was £8000, however I have now raised that to £10,000 co

UK Clinics
Harley Street Health Clinic - Video Consultation 26th November 3pm
Harley Street Healthcare Clinic - Dr Mohammed, 3500 grafts @ £3500 stage 1 (hairline to mid scalp) then second surgery 3000 grafts @ £3000
Hair Doctor - Dr. Arshad single surgery of 4000 grafts @ £12,000
HGC - Unlimited grafts @ £2000 - £4000 per surgery, consultation 18th November
Just FYI, Dr Raghu Reddy is simply not taking any bookings.

Dr. Koray Erdogan - Asmed Clinic, Istanbul
HLC - Ankara, Turkey - Have quoted me 3500 - 4000 grafts for hair line, temples and mid scalp then another surgery for crown 6 -12 months later @2.5 EUR per graft. This includes accommodation, transfers, food, medications, after care but does NOT include flights.
I have also enquired about Dr. Bisanga - BHR Clinic, Belgium.
I am very keen on Dr. Erdogan and Dr Demirsoy, having seen their work I was very impressed. However, I would appreciate any of your comments and suggestions. I note the going rate for HTs in Turkey is 2.5 EUR per graft with the exception of DR. Demirsoy who charges 1.25 EUR per graft. Does anyone know why he charges literally half the amount than everyone else?
