Hairline looks perfect mate we have all got OCD that's what has brought us here in the first place! As already stated it's the small imperfections that will make it appear more natural to the untrained eye. You're looking at it now in its raw form, when it finally grows to length similar to what you normally have it will be spot on. Design looks like it will tie into your existing hair nicely.
Congrats and keep the long-term progress posted.
Yep very true! thanks, look forward to the long term progress

Yeah sleeping is the worst part as I hate sleeping on my back, and travel pillow sucks too! but oh well, Day 7 should be able to sleep properly again..

Was this at the request of Dr A? I'm interested in this Dr but I'm very reluctant to go on medication.
Your latest pics look excellent by the way, I'm sure you'll see an excellent result.
Yes he suggested it, as the crown is showing early signs of miniturisation, so Fin should stop/reverse that. I was hesitant too, but then I thought no harm trying it, can always stop if any sides, but so far everything is fine. Feel great!
Thanks!

POST OP DAY 4 UPDATE
Quick Day 4 Post Op Update
Seems to be healing up nicely and fast, especially the Donor area!
Itching stage has fully set in on graft area, hope it subsides soon!
Noticed some yellow bruising starting on left side of my forehead, so looks like the fluid is starting to move down my head, hopefully mybody clears it all out soon, alot of the swelling has gone already.

Oh yes the itching can get quite intense, very wise to take precautions!

Definitely looking really good. The donor site looks impeccable already. The hairline definitely does not need to be symmetrical. The best designs have irregularities and designed exactly like yours.
Thanks for the feedback! Donor area healing faster everyday, no pain anymore when lying down on it.
Just getting itchy on top now, wearing wooly gloves to sleep to prevent unknowingly scratching it!

Day 2 Post Op update
Pain free now which is good. Donor area seems to be healing fast
Swelling has started to come down alot on forehead and hairline now,
now my OCD & attention to detail is going into overdrive so I'm nitpicking and analysing every little thing.. (Can't help it) Hairline looks like it curves up from the middle on left side and comes down again, opposed to been completely straight across on the right?
Need assurance its all good and doesn't need to be completely symmetrical on both sides?!, OCD is a bummer..
What you guys think, all looking good?

Moved thread from FUE section to correct place, will update on here rather than other thread.
Hi Guys,
Had my first hair transplant Wed 28th Oct at the Hair Dr Clinic in Dewsbury, UK with Dr Arshad. I don't particularily have bad hairloss, I just wanted my temples and hairline restoring after they moved up about an inch at the sides when I was 18/19, I am now 29.
Great experience from the beginning, from the initial contact & consultation, then to arriving on the day, everyone is super friendly and welcoming, and go through everything in detail with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I met with Dr Arshad who had a look at my current hair, and drew on my new hairline which I was very happy with.
See before pics below:Once happy, I was given a gown to change into, and had my head shaved. Then I had the extraction of the grafts done, the initial injections are uncomfortable but it only lasts for a minute, then its completely pain free. The extraction process isn't bad, you just lay down on your stomach, it was soon over.
After, we had lunch which was provided, they take your order and get it from a local cafe, I had a toastie & chips which filled me up nicely.
After lunch I had the channel incisions done by Dr Arshad which seemed to go very fast & was pain free.
Next I then had all my grafts inserted by their team of technicians who are very professional and polite. You get to relax and watch TV or listen to music during this,
My day seemed to go quick and 1500 grafts only took around 6-7 hours, I was finished by 3:15pm!
Dr Arshad was very happy with the result, as was I. I was given all the required medication to take for the next week at least while it heals, and given a detailed calender chart which shows what time to take your pills etc.
After pictures below:I am very happy that I have my hairline back, and I will update with further progress pictures as the healing process continues.
Overall so far my experience with the Hair Dr clinic was very positive & professional and I have no faults. I now await my results after healing!
