I don’t think he should be taking fin his hairline may slightly be receding but I really don’t think it’s anywhere near a point where he should hop on fin

Melvin there’s pictures of me at age 4 where I have a similar mature ish hairline. My dad also has a very similar thing I have no family history of balding but all of the men on my dads side have pretty mature hair lines

Btw I forgot to mention that I went to the dermatologist like a month ago just because I wanted to see if anything was really going on he said he didn’t see any diffusion or thinning and said I was fine he also worked with me for my acne a couple years ago and so he saw my hairline back then so that’s also probably why he told I was fine because my hairline hasn’t changed since then

I have a question. For my whole life I have had a bad hairline always been a v shape. In fact in middle school my friends would often joke that i was balding a make fun of my hairline. I’m 17 now and my hairline definitely still has that v shape however it hasn’t gotten any worse in fact I measure my hairline every month and I haven’t seen any change over the past 6 months is it possible just to have a bad hairline. Also there’s pictures of my dad when he was in his 20s where you would definitely say his hairline is receding but 30 years later he still has a solid head of hair. What are your guys thoughts?

So to give some background info I am 16 and nobody on both my mother’s and father’s side are bald. One thing I have noticed is that when my hair is wet there appears to be some sort of slight hair loss at the crown area. However when dry it looks completely normal and no signs of hair loss what so ever. One thing to note is that last month I have horrible dandruff and I was constantly viciously scratching my the crown area so I’m thinking I must have damaged some hair follicles there. Any idea what is going on or any advice?
