There are very good doctors from belgium and switzerland.
Is there a reason why I should not go to the doctor who performed the first operation?
I am looking for some doctors that are really good with implement beard grafts on top of the head, and as far as I understand, not all of the "good" doctors out the are specialize in it

1500 to the crown, in that above pic, will offer light-ish density. Is that correct/what you're going for?
The #'s above for crown and mid seem to both offer to help but not provide full density, is this being done with a 3rd HT certain?
Man I hate to see you move forward knowing meds won't be part of your regimen going forward, I think you may really regret it later down the line when nature continues to run it's course. For your opinion, what will be the optimal follicles quantity for those areas?
Do you know other solution that isn't Finastride?

Hey guys, I have discussed with Eugenix once again, and wanted to get from them a new offer that Will be foucous more on beard hair, so If I will need a 3 operation, I will still have a doner area.
"
Your pictures have been evaluated by our doctors. Their assessment is mentioned below:
The marked area could Require: 3200
Proposed Harvest from Scalp: 2000
Proposed Harvest from Beard: 1200
*Donor Farming (Optional)*
Total Grafts require: 1500 (Donor Farming)
Proposed Harvest from Beard: 1500"
What do you think about the new offer?
It is recomanded to make a doner farming?
It will not be harder to make a 3rd transplant after this operation (becouse of the confusion of natural hair and transplant hair in the doner area)

@Hair_hunter why don't you take finasteride ..minoxidil will not help you to slow down/stop your hairloss progression and you will keep on loosing existing hairs..maintaining you existing hair is most important for a successful HT otherwise you will keep on chasing hairs....
Eugenix is a good option and dr arika's package ofcourse provides more value considering her skills and experience ,if not thn why should they charge more for that..
You can also loom at dr pittela who is producing top notch results in high NW cases and also using beard grafts very well...
The easy answer is the fear from side effects.
I am aware of the small percentage of pepole that suffer from it, and still, no whiling taking the chances
Just checked Pittela, looks good but Brazil is too far for me

Hello, @Hair_hunter by looking at your case I think Eugenix can be a good option for you. They've been regularly using beard donor. With ease they can give good coverage. Will you be mainly addressing mid zone and crown in this procedure ? And any plans on hairline touchup ?
Hey @Shadman, thanks for your reply.
Yes you got it exactly right
Mid and crown areas, and a little touch up in the front.
There is any recommendations regarding the package offering?
Does the operation with Arika bensel make the difference that much?

Looks good. If you don’t mind me asking how much did it cost?
Thanks!
It was 1.5 euro per graft at the time , but now i think Dr Bicer changed the price a bit.
By the way,
I forgot to mention that I started using minoxidil after a month from the HT date.

Damn thats a low dip in the crown area for being 25. Hopefully you are on Finasteride. Its not often we see Dr Bicer accept a patient like you, but the work looks clean.
Not taking anything at the moment.
I really afraid from side affects of finstride so it's not on the table.
Dr Bicer recommended minoxidil for the crown & middle until the time will come to my next HT.
I will start using after a month from my current HT

Hey all,
I started balding when I was 18, and from then I knew I will get an hair transplant, used minoxidil for a while and was little addicted to topic LOL.
After learning a lot of the procedure from this forum I wasn't sure what surgeon to choose for, my main choices were:
HDC, HLC and Bicer and some other cheap clinics.
After discussing with Bicer on the phone and told her about my concerns regarding the hairline and the fact that I am still young and can possibly get to Norwood 7, she was very relaxing and told me not to worry and she will do her best, alto she couldn’t promise the hairline Hight and that could be done only with set of eyes.
At the day of the surgery I came to Bicer office and discussed and measure the hairline, and after that we move it down a bit from the original mark that shee mark
we agreed on a hairline - not my dream hairline but satisfyingIn the operation room her 2 assistants was putting me the needle-less anesthesia that feel like a staples on the head, and got me some Zanex .
It took some time to the Zanex to start its affect, so the needleless anesthesia wasn’t the best feeling ever but ok.
During the extraction phase I was very high from the pill and slept most of the time,
You cannot get in to the surgery with phone and I got really board, I asked the doctor to put some music and DR Bicer was very nice and putted some Turkish music and started singing with the music.
I was so high when I tried moving a bit during the extraction stage that I grabbed Dr Bicer leg and thought it was the chair and didn’t leaved it 😂 , she asked me if I know it was her leg and leagued about it
and I was like no sorry oops 😂The last 4 hours of the surgery was very hard for me and boring, mostly because the pill was off already and they couldn’t gave me anything else ( I asked ) and they told me only local injection is ok in this phase.
I got into the surgery room around 10 AM and left it around 20:30 and a brake in the middle to eat Some Turkish doner
Overall experience was very good felt like everting is very professional,
I was more than happy if it was allowed to had some entertainment in the surgery room for people that doesn’t sleep all of the operation.
i will keep you posted regarding the results & second transplant when time will come 😂

I have almost closed the the deal with Dr Bicer, but one thing I am worried about is a very high hairline.
When sending the Dr my pictures she really couldn't say what high she will made my hairline becouse she need to see my head In her own eyes.
She is very kind and her assistant is very nice.
But I can't go "blind" and maybe get disappointed.

Hey John,
Thanks for the quick reply.
The posts I have seen looks really legit with real Facebook profiles in an Israeli hair transplant group. (with a lot of reviews to HT doctors, and he is one of them)
With planty of recommendations.
When entering the fb profiles you can see a massive change between older photos and new one (with full hair 🙈)
Its just made me suspicious about no one is knowing him in this website.
By the way thanks for the recommendations,
I'm still debating between some clinics.
HDC with doctor Mars
Dr bicer
Or even go to India to doc Arika Bansal
But I do prefer to make the operation in Turkey or Cyprus , becouse of distance related issues.

I have saw a lot of posts in Facebook hair transplant group regarding having good HT results with this doctor.
When searching his name in here, not a single result.
Can anybody confirm this doctor is legit?/ know clients that have HT with this doctor?
-
Anybody here have experience with PRP or RIGENERA treatment?
-
1. Can you please recommend on other drugs that can help my condition?
2. Guys with nw7 can't make hair transplant?, what if I will only do it in the front temple?

your crown dips so low that if you decided to get a HT at your age with your level of aggressive loss in Turkey it's pretty much game over.
Im not trying to make you upset or anything, but being bald is 100x better than a botched HT, which Is what I think what will happen if you pursued surgery now. best to wait and see how your hair loss progresses.
Hey,
I just can't make an HT now and in a 2-3 years make another one for covering other hair that fell off?

There are more works done here by Somesh. I couldn't find a lot of work of him in this forum(I mean with a lot of beard work and a lot of grafts 3000+),
Are other doctors at the same price from Eugenix also recommended?
