The scars from fue can be covered with additional SMP tattoos though?

Hi all, as in the title I was wondering what people's opinions are on my potential outcome from a HT? I usually completely shave my head and have had SMP for around 5 years. During the covid period I have let it grow to see what is still there and am now considering a hair transplant. I may one day return to shaving with a blade but will have an SMP touch up in the future if I decide this. Attached are lots of photos from the growth through shaved head to now.. What Norwood am I? Also any current recommendations for European clinics/doctors. The UK is extremely overpriced. I have a budget of around €6000 and would hope to get the best I can from that amount of money. I am in the process of jumping onto finasteride topical too
