Hey bro, thanks for the updates.

Everything is normal at this stage, hair will continue to grow, thicken up and mature in the coming months.

Just relax and stop overthinking :)  Early growth is an advantage, you will have a good result at the 6 month mark.

As for your wedding, you can use fiber since you already have some hair on the top.

Thank man! But do you think if i cut it short as if its cut guard 2 for example will this affect the progress??

Your still in the beginning stages of your journey. Some early growth seems to be happening. Real growth will occur over the next few months. Your donor area looks excellent ! Hang in there your nearly at the best stages 🙏

But i think all the hair is there and nothing will change it will just keep getting taller thats all and as i said all thats there didn’t shed at all, and about cutting it short will this affect the progress of it

  3. Hi guys, actually i am now 2 months and 24 days i am almost 3 months, but i dont know what track i am taking untill now i did not shed only in the first month some couple of hairs and the rest continued to grow and did not fall until now and i dont know what sign is this but most people shed in the first month or so then start the new hair but my hair continued to grow and looks very thin, pointy and looks like pubic hair actually! And i keep telling my self did it fail or wasnt i a good candidate to begin with that my hair is thin dont know actually, and the look it has right now is now satisfying me actually and i dont how how will it develop due to that it did not shed untill now, cause if I understand well the shedding phase what make the hair come out healthier and start to thincken and goes on so if anyone can help me or advice me to where i stand will be greatful also another side thing i have a wedding this weekend and my hair look terrible as you will see in the photos and i cant wear it like this so any advice on what i should do with it? Also i wanted to take your opinion in my donor area and how its going

also i have been using minoxidil on the transplanted area then when I experienced shock loss i started on the donor area about 1.5 months ago but i intend to keep using there for a while atleast couple of months more to strengthen and thicken it cause i have thin hair by nature, will this make it dependable on it or make a problem or harm my donor area in any way?

Hope you can advice or tell your opinion @Melvin-Moderator , also hope all of you can get back and tell me where i stand.

Thank you and sorry for the long post!

    I used the 3% and 5% liquid age 16 to 20.

    Age 20 - 25 I used 12.5% cream and 1mg propecia

From 25 - 30 I used 5% rogaine foam and 5mg proscar cut into quarters

Now I use a liquid combination of topical finasteride and 6% minoxidil.

In my opinion the best thing for new people is 5% rogaine foam and 1mg branded propecia...but start slowly with the propecia by cutting it in half and only taking it a few times a week for the first few months.

This should stabilise your loss and maybe give you some regrowth - then in a year or two you can explore topical solutions or proscar etc.

You should also consider dermarolling once per week - that and the topical fin/minox is making my hair look great right now.

Okaay seems a very good plan, but unfortunately i dont have propecia in my country, only Proscar so i just bought it and will start, also cutting it into similar pieces is not easy, what do you think is okay to start with proscar??
also what is this liquid combination that you use of finasteride and minoxidil?? And do you get 6% minoxidil??

  6. Hii everyone.

Actually i am starting medication in a week finasteride and minoxidil, i am buying Rogaine but actually i am confused which one to get the liquid or the foam??
Although some say the liquid is better and other says the foam is better and another group advice to stat away from minoxidil actually and it’s confusing! Also i have been hearing that topical Finasteride and oral Minoxidil is coming up and its better in many ways i will be happy for the advice.

    thanks in advance!

With your budget you can get 3200 grafts at Demirsoy who will be your best option. The names you mentioned earlier are not on the same level as Demirsoy and I would never advise any of those low cost Doctors.

The thing is i cant reach out for him and he hasnt pop up in any of the top surgeons in Turkey so i am a little bit confused also dont you suggest any other than him in my budget so i can look for? I have trust in your opinions really i think you know this field well so try helping me to the end, another thing if somehow i tried to afford Eugenix would them be better?

I can understand how losing your hair so young would be devastating to your self-esteem, but you aren't thinking rationally at the moment. You "really need to do the surgery as soon as possible"?

Here's the thing: if you can never save up more money in your current situation, you have bigger issues that need to be addressed in your life than hair.

My suggestion would be to get on a hair loss treatment regimen to see if you can regrow some hair. That would save money on a future HT.

Yeah i need to do it as soon as possible cause I’ve waited so long and i am done with the treatments and these staff its not a solution and takes too long to have any effect and i am done with this hustle and about saving the money the thing is this is my limit for HT otherwise if i put more money in this i would be coming over the responsiblities of life and i would still face bigger issue than my hair problem moreover i will start using medical treatment after i do the surgery immediately so i can have motivation for it but right now i am too depressed to start in a thing like this, on the other hand do you suggest any doctor in my budget that can give me good quality?

  9. If anyone have any suggestions on whom should i proceed with according to my case and budget, i would be very thankful cause I really cant decide due to the huge number of doctors and opinions and at the same time I really need to do the surgery as soon as possible, so i am in a hurry to decide

    please help if you can

NW6 with 26 means probably donor miniaturization in the future.

I dont think you can earn more than 3000 grafts from your head donor but it is difficult to say without pics.

If I were you I would think in steps. You will most likely need more than one hair transplant.

Go to HLC and use a mix of head donor and beard hair. Aim for 2500-3000 grafts for the frontal third. This will drstically cange your appearance and boost your self-esteem.

but you need roughly about 7000€ for that. Money is key, like always.

Yeah i know HLC are good but the point is in the budget my budget is from 3000$ to 4000 so HLC is far from me so i need to decide whom should proceed with in that budget that can give me the best result due to my budget

@Abo Leelif you are NW6 then you will require 5000-6000 grafts to rebuild your hairline and fill in the rest of the area.

It`s not possible for a Doctor with real patients posting amazing results to offer you 5000-6000 grafts for your maximum budget of 4000$.

If you are really on tight budget then your best option would be Dr. Demirsoy charging 1.25€/graft. He olny does 1 patient per day, does pre-made slits and has technicians do the implating. You won´t find any other Doctor at this price with so many real patient posting decent results.

The only other option for a low cost surgery is to chose the nurses Esma&Serkan Tetik at 1400€ all inclusive (including hotel). They are nurses not Doctors but they are doing DHI with several good results on the Turkish forum (there`s 1 patient from these nurses with a thread at HRN). This is still a much better option than going to a hairmill like Cinik, Cosmedica, ASMED where your surgery is done by technicians that could have joined the clinic last week.

I would reccomend you to save up and go to a Doctor that does the whole surgery with DHI or Stick&Place like Dr. Bruno Ferreira or HLC both charging 2.5€/graft.

To have a surgery fully done by the Doctor at Eugenix costs 2.9€/graft (most expensive package) so even more expensive than HLC and Dr. BF.

Yes i got what you’re saying but the thing is i wont be able to save more money nor be able to wait anymore so that what got me into a corner to choose a doctor in this budget, actually i wont trust nurses Esma&Serkan i dont have confidence with them and also i can afford more than this, the thing is i need to choose the right doctor in my budget and i am sure there is someone who can do a good job in my budgets, some people mentioned for me Dr Yaman, Dr Serkan aygin, Drt clinic, Dr Mehmet Demircioglu. Also when i searched for them i found some bad reviews and my head will blow off beacause of the lots of doctors and lots of opinion and with limited budget so really dont know what to do or who to choose according to my case.

  12. Yes i have talked with Eugenix and got evaluated with them and i think yes they do good work on high norwoods but there are two issues first is the pricing the offered me around 6500$ Without the flight and My budget is 3000$ or 4000$ max, the second this is i am from the middle east and its a long way to india if the price was near mine I could’ve considerd going but the price range is the thing holding me, so if there is any other suggestions i would be very pleased.

  13. Hii

i am 26 years old, i started losing my hair when i was around 15 or 16 years old and it devestated me, so here i am now i am level 6 baldness and i am very confused on chosing the surgeon to do me the surgery i have talked almost to all the elite doctors to find a suitable price but i never did with them.
so what i cant decide or dont know what to do is that mu budget is around 2000 to 3000$ maybe 4000$ max. And I really dont know whom to go with in such my case norwood 6, my age and the budget which i know is little for best the doctors but however that is what i can maximum afford for the transplant and i wont be able to save more that is my limit.
So i was hoping if there is anyone who can help me with this situation, i am very confused and cant take a decision to pick the best surgeon to solve my case with my price average.

please if anyone can help me in this don’t hesitate, I really need your help in this i have been suffering the past 10 years.

    thank you all.
