I personally had 2 day surgery for only 3659 grafts. It took full 2 days from 7:30am to 5:30pm.

I've seen some clinics having approach where tech is extracting and almost immediately after surgeon in implanting. In this way they can do quite a lot of grafts in one day.

Although It seems like you're rushing a bit into having full set of hair and forgetting the possible "side effects". What would happen if you were extract and implant 5000 grafts in one surgery and 50% of them won't grow? You just lost 2500 grafts with no return.

"slowest" approach is always better to stay on a safe side. Even in the best hands things like that can happen due to patient physiology. Also worth noting, if extractions are made in a rushed way you have higher chance to get overharvested and have higher transection rate. Your donor is like gold., treat it as such.

Why would it not grow the first time vs doing it at a later date?

  2. I don't look at the price, I look at the results first, and price second.

Many western European clinics that charge double of what Turkey charges do not do a better job. They also use technicians and don't have any more great results than the Turkish clinics.

Criticizing an entire country based on some bad clinics is wrong.

You have to look at each individual clinic, not by individual countries.

In fact you are looking at the price. Your logic is higher price is better quality. But that is not true. Cost of living is lower in Turkey vs other countries. Same goes for every other industry. Why can China produce so cheap products? Because of labor costs. A lot of trash comes from china, but so does your expensive iPhone and other well known electronics. Not all products from China are garbage. It depends on the factory.

@Didi88 was also botched in Turkey.

Those "nice price" Turkish clinics are a big scam, they do follow the American protocol, it's a lie, I am suing now with more 8 casualties the local agent.

Those black market clinics tried to offer me working with them instead of the LEGIT clinics I represent and consultant, because it will be easier money for me and I always refuse, hehehe they always say to me "What are microscopes? Why we need them?"

Stay away lad! I can introduce you to many botched fellows.

    Please follow my story here:

What clinic did he go to? You can't say "all clinics in Turkey are bad" because there are many bad cases.

I am interested in hearing about the best DHI in Turkey, not all these other bad clinics that I have no intention of going to.

Statistically, if there are 100.000 procedures done per day in Turkey vs 5.000 in Spain, it is evident that there will be statistically more bad results.

I know of many clinics outside of Turkey that are equally terrible according to the reviews, so it makes no sense to blame an entire country for some bad clinics. It is up to the individual clinic, their competency and their skill. Saying "Turkey is the king of botched transplants" is also saying "Turkey is the biggest in the world of successful transplants" because they have the largest amount of procedures.

The clinic in my country that quoted me 4800 EUR for 2500 grafts also used technicians. Not a single doctor. So clinics outside Turkey is not any worse and have the EXACT same risk but the higher price.

Now you claim you can show me many botched examples. Then show me these botched examples from Cinik. I don't care about the other bad clinics, It is highly irrelevant.

  4. I am 35 and I need to do a HT. I have standard male pattern baldness on my temples and crown area.

After having a consultation in my country the price was huge compared to Turkey. The clinic said I needed to do two operations, one in the front and one for the crown area. He estimated 2500 grafts for the front using FUE. Their price was 4800 EUR just for the front, which mean that the total price would come to around 8000 EUR for everything!

This huge price difference and the fact they only do FUE leads me to Turkey.

I have been trying to read reviews etc. but it is such a jungle out there and I am getting a headache just thinking about it. I just want to get this done by a good clinic and not having to spend 6 months looking for the right one!

I decided I want to go with the DHI method for faster healing and the posibility of not having to shave my head for faster recovery. I don't want to isolate myself for 6 months until my hair grows out.

What clinic is the best for DHI in Turkey?

Can a clinic operate two days in a row, the front and crown? Or do I need to wait a year and come back? I would really want to do everything at once and not having to go through the procedure again, if it is possible.

I tried to reach out to Dr. Cinik by using their contact form but they never responded. Maybe they are closed during corona?

    Thanks.
