    Hi everyone !

I had a fue transplant 3300 graft to the front.   And from my research seem that I have a some pitting where the hair are growing.  It is now 3.5 months.   Has anyone had the same issue?  Did it minimize a bit with time as the skin renews and goes through cycles?   I didn't even think this was a thing to worry about in the 21st century.   They seem to be very hard to capture in a photo and can only be well seen in certain angle with bright light.

I had a bad FUT procedure done last year 1000 grafts into the front and temples of my hairline.   I also know that hair transplants are permanent, so I know there is no way to get these grafts off without some semblance of scarring.  The question is, how bad?  I had a consult with Dr. Cooley and another and both agreed that the grafts can be removed almost scarring would be minimal  But I have googled this subject pretty tiresomely and what I have found on the internet is not so optimistic.  There are not too many pictures that show successful FUE graft removal surgeries.  I see a lot of graft redistribution photos and went through a bunch performed by One doctor.  But with my specific issue there is little on the internet as far as photos that go with successful FUE graft removal that will allow me to realistic judge for myself how I think the scarring will look.  Even more troubling is the prominent hair transplant surgeons in the field that have openly spoke against removing plugs via FUE.  Doctors such as Feller, Dua, Pak and Rassman have all warned on forums not to have the procedure done.  With all of this information to consider I would love your thoughts on plug removal via FUE.  One way or another these grafts really need to come out and if my skin is in way too critical of a condition for electrolysis and I don’t want to deal with the fallout from getting a brow lift on my head.  I see no other option.  But with getting a 100 or so removed from the front portion of my hairline.  What am I realistically looking at scar wise?

I am honestly more concerned with my skin underneath the transplants.  Dr. Cooley highly and I repeat highly recommended I get A cell done along with my repair.  I have some ridging and I am very worried about pinning.  Do you guys recommended anything for the skin I can do to help it look as natural as possible?  Is A cell my best shot?

Right now the plan is Graft Removal and redistribution further back on my hairline and with proper grafts, A cell and FUE scar repair - I have a nasty strip scar in the back to fill in.

Thanks for the feedback and all the best always.

It does not look that bad from the pictures. Do you have a before pic? One option Is to remove hairs with electrolysis but it will likely leave bulky grafts in your front hairline which may need to be feathered in with single graft hairs in another procedure.

Hi i m not bald my forehead little big thats why i m done my Transplant but now very low density and very low hair line so i want removed without scar i attached my ht before pic u see can

    Hello,
In 2017 I have had a bad FUE in Turkey. The hairline was too low and too hard (due to use of double/triple grafts in the front line),the density was not good and the grafts were implanted in a wrong direction. Furthermore I had pitting, so all together, one word: HORRIBLE.
In 2019 I contacted Dr Feriduni and he proposed a two step approach:
    1. Extraction of the too low implanted grafts (with re-use) to make the hair line higher (in two steps), including extraction of the grafts with wrong impantation angle (600grafts)
    2. Reconstruction of the new hairline and create more density (+/- 1000 grafts). I was lucky to have enough donor area to obtain this higher density.
Dr Feriduni is very careful in this repair-cases in order to get a natural result and to avoid extra damage of the traumatised skin.
I highly recommend him if you have a bad hair experience...
Futhermore I would never go to Turkey again for such an important treatment. We have the best surgeon in our country, why travelling far away...?
I really subcribe this phrase: " A good hair transplant is never cheap, and a cheap hair transplant is never good"...
The staff is very skilled, they are very professional.... I cannot wait to see my final result.

You can have the area I marked (or something similar) removed by FUE and replace the removed grafts behind it to thicken up that area.

Forehead reduction surgery would lower the hairline, so you don't want to do that. You can do what @BeHappy suggested with removing some of the larger grafts in the hairline via FUE.  They are often referred to in the industry as "punch-outs".  I had that done to a few multi's in my hairline and the scarring is unnoticeable, especially if you get single haired grafts planted around it.  You'll need to find a good surgeon to do this.  Don't go back to the place that did your last surgery.

K bro thanks can u sent me your hair line u removed some hairs thats why i m asking i want see that area pls sent me help me

It looks like you have few multi-haired grafts in the hairline.  Those can be punched out and re-implanted elsewhere, but don't try to raise your entire hairline.  Just get another transplant from a better clinic this time to add density.

Hi sir i don't like my Hair line so i want remove only pls help me any treatment have?

I totally agree with Melvin...it would be potentially much better to add more single hair grafts and possibly some 2 hair grafts behind the singles.

It looks like you have good hair quality and not knowing anything about your donor reserve, my guess is that you have plenty to work with.

Why risk visible scarring from removing the grafts instead of adding density to the area?

Hi sir i don't like my hair line and i want remove Transplant hair only its possibly any treatment have pls any one telme plssss i want to back my original Hair line

What is wrong with these Drs who have no idea what a hairline actually looks like. I just commented in another thread about something similar. If you were a Dr who wanted to start doing hair transplants for some extra money as a side practice wouldn't you at least look at a few after photos from high quality Drs and look at some real natural hairlines too. I mean isn't that an absolute requirement to know what a hairline looks like if you are going to be doing surgery to create hairlines!? These Drs only see money and don't care at all about what they are doing to people. This is so disgusting. This industry should be so much better by now, but instead some Drs like this are turning it backwards.

I really wish some of the better Drs would start speaking up about this and start pushing for some kinds of standards.

Hi sir i m not bald my forehead little big thats why i m done Transplant but results very bad very low density.in india Punjab state  chandigar doctor doing my Transplant clinic name recover hair Transplant center pls don't go any one person this clinic very worst like factory
