    first of all thank you very much for your valuable comment. The hair transplant clinic is not known here. but a famous clinic in the plantation sites in Turkey. that's why I chose this clinic. yes, the shells are shed. I use xpecia as a supplement. 2 times a day for 1 month, 1 day after 1 month. 3-4 boxes. I took these photos today, current photos.
