Hey all, Looking for advice in how many grafts I need to fill in my hairline. After my 1st HT (1800 grafts) roughly 6 years ago, my hairline has continued to recede. Any advice would be appreciated. Pics are under extremely harsh light. My hair is very coarse and thick (I'm Asian). I was thinking another 2000 grafts? What do you guys think?

I've never come across this topic but are plastic surgeons able to perform a donor scar revision? I have a FUT scar about 3-5mm wide that I'd like to get revised, are plastic surgeons capable of performing this procedure? I know the trichophytic closure is the standard but I'm wondering if plastic surgeons are able to perform this. anyone have any input on this matter? I have a consultation with a very high quality plastic surgeon soon. Thanks all.
