  1. Ok, Ive uploaded two pictures. The longer rectangle shaped mark is the one that appears and then goes away, I think its been coming and going since November, and has appeared 5 times, once last year, then another 4 this year. The smaller ovalish shaped one only appeared yesterday. I don't have dandruff, must just be light reflections on the pictures. A bit of background info, I had the surgery in Istanbul, since then Ive travelled across the Caucasus and Stan countries, then Russia and China, kind of a midlife crisis / career gap, so ideal time to fit the transplant in I thought. With whats going on in the world, I didnt really fancy visiting a hospital in China over the last few months, Im now in Bangkok, so will visit a dermatologist.
  2. I was wondering if anyone could assist... I had a hair transplant in January 2016, about 3000 grafts. It was a slow recovery, but roughly 18 months later the results were pretty good, not very dense, but an improvement IMO on what it was before, however, I wanted better density. In June 2019 I had a second transplant, purely to increase the density, I also had PRP injections. So, its now 9-10 months after the second transplant, I feel the second transplant has failed completely, density looks the same to me, I don't think theres any new growth sadly. The big issue that I have however, is that the implanted area still seems to be swollen, over the last few months, I have had a burn/cut type wound on my head, it has cleared up, and then reappeared several times, often with a yellow hard crystallised substance. I woke up this morning with a new wound, but in a different place. The wound is similar to a carpet or friction burn, and theres no reason for them, no contact injury etc Ive been told I could have infected follicles, but the new area, and the intermittent healing and reappearing seems strange to me. Obviously a very strange thing, but has anyone had anything similar? My surgeon is as much use as a chocolate teapot.
