I have been taking 1mg EOD for a month and my nipples are more sensitive. I am also not sure but I think they could be more raised than usual. Does this go away over time? Should I reduce the dose? Maybe 0.5mg EOD?

Together with Regaine and Nizoral is there a chance that finasteride will improve the quality of the miniaturised hairs?

I'm about to start taking finasteride. I have used minoxidil for 6 years but it is starting to lose effectiveness in the crown. I also use Nizoral every 3 days. Can finasteride regrow or strengthen the hair at the crown? Also I am unsure whether to take it every day so am considering 1mg 3 times a week.

I thought it sounded too good to be true but it has been designed by an IAHRS surgeon and Spex is supportive of it.

I was looking into the Lipogaine shampoo. I see there is a big 3 and a big 5? Do you think the big 3 has given you any results? Do you take finasteride?

I am considering giving this shampoo a try but it is very expensive. Has anyone got results with it?I have used Regaine for 6 years and shampoo every 3 days with Nizoral. I think this has slowed down my hairloss. I am due to get a hair transplant next month but only in the forelock area. I am concerned about my crown and would like to prevent it getting worse and if possible thicken it up. I am scared to take finasteride. My main concern is that a want to have kids soon. I know I need to block DHT somehow but am scared of the side effects of finasteride.Will this shampoo block DHT anymore than using Nizoral will? Do you need to use the Activator Spray or will the shampoo have an effect on its own?

I'm getting a hair transplant soon. They are putting 1500 grafts into my forelock. They do not want to put any in my crown or temples as they say it will not look good due to further hair loss in the future. My question is that my crown is thinning so what are my options? I am scared to use finasteride. All I use is minoxidil and nizoral shampoo. I have been using minoxidil for 6 years but fear it is starting to lose its effectiveness.

I am going for my first hair transplant in 3 months time which I am excited about. I've been losing my hair since I was 16 and am now 31. I have been lucky that my hairloss has been slow. My crown is thinning but not too bad and I have a receding hairline. My hairline has not receded much since I started to use Regaine 6 years ago. I use Regaine twice a day and also Nizoral once a week. My question is should I use Finasteride? The hair transplant clinic is encouraging me to use it but I am scared of the side effects. How safe is this drug? I plan to start a family in the next couple of years and am fit and healthy. I also have a good job and am scared of brain fog. Are there any safer alternatives to slow my hairloss? What about PRP treatment?
