  1. Bad Praxis of ISHRS Doctor Arslan Musbeh I had a surgery with Dr. ARSLAN MUSBEH, based in Istanbul 11 months ago. None of the 1600 grafts allegedly implanted in my crown area grew, from the other 1000 grafts transplanted on my front line only grew around 300 making it look really fake, and my existing healthy hair on my crown has been killed during the implants. After 11 months the clinic blocked me on WhatsApp and I have no way to contact them. I have a guarantee and want it to be respected. This is an ISHRS doctor and I need your help. This is the email I sent to Hairmedico, Dr Arslan Musbeh company, which he never replied: Dr. Arslan, you promised me that the implants would work and they never grew on my crown. The clinic kept saying me it will grow after month 6 first, then that it would grow by month 8, then month 10... And never grew. Please if you are a man of principles, respect my guarantee and offer me to redo the surgery at your expense and pay my flight one way at least, or return the money. The evidence is attached, photos every month and conversation on WhatsApp with Asma from Hairmedico, secretary of Dr. Arslan Musbeh The case: I had one technician doing the crown and a other one on my front. The technician doing my crown looked very nervous and new to the job. First he was learning from Dr. Arslan looking when he was removing my follicles from the donor area. And then he was trying to learn from the second technician when he was doing the implants. The difference between both was that the new technician was not fitting the follicles into the holes properly, he was very new, very nervous and was not pushing them into the holes like the other more experimented technician was doing. As soon as the surgery ended I told to Dr. Arslan exactly what happened, and I also mentioned that I was not seeing as many implants on my crown as he promised. He said 1000 for the front and 1600 on the crown. He answered saying that everything was ok. Just to convince me and leave. The next day I told the same to Asma by WhatsApp. All the conversation is attached, which can be used as evidence of the truth. Asma again said that I shouldn't worry, and that's how they started hidding the truth: the technician didn't fit the follicles properly in the crown. 2 days after, the same technician washed my hair and that was when the follicles fall off my crown. It's been 11 months now, my front line looks very fake as there is a lot of space between grafts, and obviously the hair of the crown never grew. I kept telling Asma this every single month and during all the conversation on WhatsApp she says that needs more time, although she refuses to show me photos of patients after month 10 as by now they should have started to grow. I'm in contact with another patient from Dr. Arslan and his hair grew by month 6, like in almost every case. All I'm asking is a fair solution. I have a guarantee and I believe Dr. Arslan is a man of principles and will offer to get my surgery redone and pay for my flight to come to his clinic in Istanbul or return my money and a compensation for all the follicles lost on the procedure.
