Thank you for taking the time to post on the forum. Everything you have mentioned is all very much part of the shedding process. It can be a little worrying to see the hairs in the scabs but nothing at all to worry about. Please keep us all updated on your progress.

I must agree with Spex as due to the area you require work carried out in it will be difficult to disguise for a minimum of 3-4 weeks.

This does look like classic shock loss around the scar so do not worry as it will all return. It will take 4- 5 months possibly.

The timeline for shock loss to regrow is generally 4-5 months. Shock loss is unpredictable. Try not to scrutinize it too much as the more you do the slower it will regrow.

I agree with Spanker completely. I would seek an informed opinion and advise treating this with medical therapy if deemed that you are suffering from MPB.

I watched the video and sad to hear any person has taken their own life. It mentions he took finasteride 12 years ago for a brief time but he only recently committed suicide. How are they convinced it has anything to do with finasterdie he once took and not other current problems the patient might have actually had?

All very normal to lose up to 100 hairs a day as part of the hairs natural cycle.

It is normal to be concerned but it is a normal sensation at this early stage of the process. Your head will be sensitive but no harm will have been caused.
