seems like a nice and natural result. Eager to see pictures of the status before procedure.

Have been there too.
This is an affiliate clinic and housed in Dr Bhatti's own Five Rivers Hospital Building- ground floor.
I am also considering a low cost procedure with Dr Akanxa Bhatti. She is Dr Bhatti's daughter.
care is of a high order being in a hospital set up.
The cost for large number of grafts, as you said, is very reasonable. Do not have to get the procedure financed here!
They also provide basic accommodation for 3 nights.- 2

Looks nice.
Try and keep lighting conditions same in before and after pictures for better comparison.
All your pictures of results are with enhanced contrast. -

A 25 year old male suffering from NH grade III baldness for 4-5 years and planning for a hair transplant surgery to restore his natural look. He underwent FUE hair transplant and 2035 grafts were transplanted. The surgery was uneventful and the patient is happy & satisfied with the results after 1 year.
Clearly a very high wastage rate which is the likely reason for low density.
Must have initially planned for 3000 since that is what he needed.
But seems patient is happy still.

The little information I gathered from reading my post procedure notes is that pain can happen at 5-7 days due to nerve healing.
This is rare. FUE punch depth is shallow and this will not injure much.
You should not have ventured into boat paddling when you were in discomfort.
Take rest. Wish you a speedy recovery. -

I was on Finasteride for 6 months after the procedure. Upon my return to America I knew that it would become more expensive to source them so I took them until the prescription ran out. My recommendation, daily exercise and a diet based on a high protein to carbohydrate ratio (go for complex carbohydrates, avoid simple and refined carbs as much as possible) to maintain cortisol levels under control and my hair is as full as it was when I was on Finasteride. By the way, my profile photo was taken two weeks ago, it's been over a year and four months since the procedure. Hope this helps!
Thank you for the information.
Did you take PRP sessions?
Dr Bhatti does not advise PRP I was told.

To me it looks like you could just really benefit from finasteride a lot. You've got coverage all over your scalp, you've got hairline and temporal peaks. I would suggest to get on finasteride for 6-8 months and see what It can do for you and then decide if you still need a hair transplant.
Preserve grafts and money!
Thanks. have been on Propecia off and on since I was 23.
And ofcourse it will not act along the hairline which is slick bald. -

So finally I went to some reputed clinics in India and fromothers I enquired on whatsapp. In short this was the advice-
Dr Poswal Clinic in Delhi advised 3500 grafts of which 500 are to be taken from the body.
Dr at AK Clinics (not the actual doctor but a junior) Delhi advised 4000 grafts and also the crown will be covered.
Dezire Clinic, Delhi quoted 3500
Eugenix (I met a junior doctor only) Gurgaon quoted 3000
I will over the weekend travel to Chandigarh to show in person. He quoted 2200 scalp grafts on whatsapp.
What do you think?

Thanks for the suggestion. Let me see his case results.
Is he recommended here on this forum? Can I see crown results? Can he show long term results? Has he worked on Indian hair before and has results to show?

Good to see you so happy.
Good hair transplants can do amazing things to you.
Were you on Propecia (Finasteride) ?
If so, how long?

Hello all! I will be going under the knife tomorrow with Dr. Pathomvanich to hopefully lower my hairline by at least 1.5cm... my feelings include excitement and fear... but im happy im finally doing something about my insecurity...
I chose Dr. Path because hes one of the best FUT in the world, and really affordable... however ive noticed his reviews and results have slimmed down in the past 5 years. Hope he still has the magic touch. I trust that i am in good hands, and ive never seen any bad results from him.
I do wish i had gone with FUE, only because i have a virgin scalp and im pretty young. But its too late now... what does concern me is the scar on the back of my head, if it does bother me too much, i could always get grafts placed into it right?
If anybody has any tips or advice for post op care, id really appreciate it. Thank you for reading this, i hope all goes well.
Nice hairline. Can you share long term result of the hairline.

Its been a long time for me reading the engaging contents of this forum since I was 22 years old and saw the first signs of baldness emerging. I am now 27 and happy to start my hair restoration journey.I have visited the following surgeons-1. Dr Pathamvonich2. Dr Tarzinder Bhatti3. Dr Hakan DogonayI would like to go to experienced surgeons only and not new ones that keep cropping up every now and then, are feted for their 'new techniques' for 1-2 years and then they fade away sooner than they appeared. The above are time tested doctors and i am considering all 3 presently.Any thoughts and advice.Cost is not a problem for me luckily.I am in India. My pictures are attached.

It is said that "a picture is worth a thousand words". So, here are some pictures/examples of the "Dr. Bhatti hairlines" that a few of our friends love to talk about.
For the record, these are relatively "older" patient cases from Dr. Bhatti. Every Surgeon gets better with experience and time. Dr. Bhatti's hairline design has also improved with time and will continue to get better and better.
Thanks,
California
Great hairlines. Wish I could get one like these. I was quoted 2200-2500 scalp grafts by Dr Bhatti

Thank you, doctor. And he has so much left over for later years.
That is awesome coverage with few grafts and e keep seeing upto 6000 grafts being used for the same purpose on this forum.
