Holy ****…
night and day difference. Only month 11 with some hopes that you can have more improvements even beyond (probably up to 18+) nonetheless only 2k grafts has taken you a long way while I have seen others with similar hair types use that solely for the hairline/slightly further back.
any future touch ups for added density?
Thx man, it’s my second HT and not planning on having another one unless I start loosing my hair in the back.

Great results! Thoughts on Dr. Konior vs Dr. Nadimi? Looking to book with Dr. K ideally. Others on my shortlist are Dr. Gabel, Dr. Rahal, and Dr. Hasson
Well Dr. Konior is amazing, can’t really speak for the other never tried them. I do like Dr. Hasson’s work do.

Hey guys, sorry it’s been a long time. So I’m 11th month in so I’m not expecting that much more change with my hair. It’s hard to compare the results once you already had a first hair transplant, but I can tell you that I’m very happy and bless to have got my 2 hair transplant.
Only regret is that I didn’t do it before.
see below pictures of my hair style and not style.

Looks great, as always from Konior. It’ll turn out awesome. Happy growing!
Also, how many estimated grafts did he say you have remaining?
Thanks man, we didnt really talk about a precice number, but if I would need another procedure he spoke about 1500 grafts.

Wow that's going to be a total of 5400 grafts in your frontal 3rd. If you hair loss progresses you might not have enough to cover the rest of your mid scalp and crown. You should look into maybe micro dosing fianstiride (0.5 mg M/W/F) to see if the side effects go away.
Not saying you have to do this just looking down the line for you
Other then that this is going to be an amazing result
I know its a risk, but the doctor and myself don’t think I will lose the hair in the back of my head. I have been like this since I was 20 and it didn’t really move. Again you never know what the future may unfold but I’m pretty optimise.
I took Propecia for 10 year and its when i stop taking the pile that I have realise how much more energy I had. Tried again a couple of year back and got so tired that it wasn’t worth the side effect in my opinion.
Cheers

He definitely shed. What you're seeing is all the previously transplanted hair. Sometimes this shocks out as well but he held on to alot of it.
Yes I know, if I compare my old pictures with now I did shed a bit, but the good news is it’s gona grow back

Thanks for sharing! What was the time between your first and second transplant? Looking forward to seeing the great progress!
My first procedure was in July 2019, so almost 2,5 years between the two. I have added the link of my first procedure in my first post in case people want to refer to it.

Did u find recovery from FUT really hard vs recovery from FUE and was it worth the benefits of FUT over FUE in the first procedure?
Well, on FUT, you are on medication for at least a week and they are quite strong. In my case I needed someone with me to help me out the first week. As for FUE there is no medication, I was fine the next day and didn’t need any help what so ever.
But FUT is not bad had all, and I’m glad I did that for my first procedure, no regrets.
hope this helps

Hey guys,
It’s been a while, hope everyone is doing well. My first transplant was an amazing success and was looking forward to get my second one.
Link to my first hair transplant:
The first time around, i was going for coverage since I had a lot to cover. This time, I was going for density, especially in the back. I was exiting to see again Dr. Konior and is team, and trust me, I wasn’t disappointed. Honestly, they are amazing. They are so gifted at what they do, and so kind. I have the upmost respect for them.
Theses are my grafts details: 1 = 95 - 2 = 930 - 3 = 1023. Total 2048 grafts
Sorry for the pictures, I dont't understand why they don't come out straight.
Theses are a few pictures before my second hair transplant :
This time around I was so relax and had no worries with the surgery. Didn’t hurt one bit and took about 11 hours. FUE is a lot less hard to recover compared to FUT and I was back at work after only one week. Very happy so far with the surgery, and since I know how it works this time around. I’m a lot less concern with my hair and spent literally no time in front of the mirror compared to the first transplant 😆
Theses are a pictures of my first week Post-Opt, :
I really like the last picture !
I was very happy with the outcome and look forward for the months to come.
Looking forward to hear back from you guys
Cheers

Great results, the videos you took are as honest as you can get. Wish more people did that here.
How's the FUT scar? Are you thinking of getting another FUT or going for FUE?
Thanks much appreciated.
The doctor as recommended going with FUE for the second pass.
The scar is great but slightly noticeable when my hair are cut very short, see pictures below :- 1

Hey guys!
been a long time, sorry for the delay but with the COVID and the family it’s been quite busy lately.
So it’s been almost a year and a half now and figure that the growth is pretty much done.
Can’t be happier with the results and would say it’s one of the best decisions of my life. Overall I am very grateful with the results.
Will go see the doctor for a second pass to add more density in the back and finalize my hair journey, well let’s hope so
I have added video as well to show you the extremely high graft yield.
Looking forward for my next procedure.
Would like to thanks this forum and the user on it for your help in my journey, without you guys I wouldn’t never have pull the trigger. And a special thanks to the Doctor for his amazing work and devotion into his craft !!!
Happy holidays folks, wish you all the the best in theses hard times
be safe !!!

wow Crazy good so far! plus only thickening to come if you dont mind me asking, what would you feel comfortable shaving your donor area down to? looks like you almost have a 2-3guard at your 8 month update!
Thanks Wicky, good question, my barber doesn’t use clippers attachement so hard for me to tell you what length it is.
If I had to guess, I would say 3.
hope this helps a bit.
