- Underlying medical history: Nil
We performed shaven FUE procedure. Using the MAMBA device and graft insertion was done with implanters. The additional PRP was done intraoperation.

- 59 YO Asian male with AGA Class 6. He was looking for a hair transplantation without shaving the donor area. We planned to do the non-shaven FUE technique for him. Concerning some medical condition, we split to 2 separate days of surgery.
- Underlying medical history: Hypertension with good control.
We performed non-shave FUE procedure. Using the MAMBA device and graft insertion was done with implanters.

Patient’s information
- 60 YO Asian male with AGA Class 6. He refuse the medical treatment for hair loss and look for hair transplantation and options other than medicine.
- Underlying medical history: Hypertension with well control. Some spots of seborrheic dermatitis on both parietal area.
We performed shaven FUE procedure and PRP[ Platelets rich plasma injection]. The machine usage was Trivellini’s MAMBA. The punch size was 0.95 mm, flare tip. The implanting method by implanters.
The hairline was drawn in adult maturing fashion as the patient reached his 60’s already.
At the number of 3k, we focus mainly on the half front.

If we confine to the safe donor zone which was retracted now from FUT, we should be able to harvest another 2000-3000 grafts from FUE. This is Asian guy so the density may not be abundant. In caucasian, you may expect more number according to higher density by nature.

Patient’s information
- 28 YO Asian male with mild receding hair line and sparse eyebrow since birth. He was looking for the eyebrow transplantation.
- Previous treatment: He had one eyebrow tattooing 2-3 years ago. The color fadeed out with time.
We performed non shaven long hair FUE to extract scalp hair follicles to implant onto the eyebrow.
We design The shape of the eyebrow he desired was as figures. The previous tattoo fades out but still can be visible lightly.

We also performed the nasal tip-rhinoplasty to fix the deviated tip of nose. This was done right after eyebrow transplantation.
The donor was not shaven so the patient could return to work very soon. The long hair shaft allow us to implant the follicles in the right direction and angles.
This is the early phase after eyebrow transplantation and the color is still dark.
However, the color goes ligther later with time.

Patient’s information
- 61 years old (Asian) Male with Frontal receding and crown alopecia. He also had sparse eyebrow. He looked for the frontal hairline enhancement altogether with crown area. And he requestก for eyebrow transplantation to improve his Chinese Wu Xing.
We acknowledged to him regarding the natural course of eyebrow transplantation and after care. The patient agreed to get the eyebrow done in the same session with hair transplantation.
His scalp laxity was moderately stretch. Paul-Mayers Scale was 25%
We performed FUT harvesting by open refined technique. All layer’s scalp closure with trichophytic method. The sutures were as figures.
