  1. Looks like a success in the making.

Do you guys know if this is bad or if it is normal? If anyone has had it, did it go away by itself or did you use any medicine for it?

I belive this is perfectly normal. I had the exact same at around the same time, and it started subsiding after month 3-4, when the growth really started. I also tried some of the Terramycin stuff they provided - why not. No idea if it helped or if it just went away naturally.

The sides don't look bad at all. No one will ever notice. And i am pretty sure it will even out even more going forward.

  2. I'm 3,5 months post op. Seeing quite a few of what appears to be colorless vellus hairs together with what appears to be (more or less) terminal hairs from the HT. I started FIN a month or two prior to the HT. In addition to the lack of color, the hairs that i call vellus are equivalent in length to those i call terminal, although, they seem somewhat thinner.

Just trying to figure out, does some of the transplanted grafts progress from vellus to terminal, or should i attribute the vellus to the FIN kicking in? The reason i'm confused is that they are coming in in both forms.

  3. To be fair, those points seem hard to refute, and somewhat makes sense. Especially the first one about the grafts available after artas.

However, these are all points that should have been made prior to surgery, not after. Except for the FIN one, i am guessing, none have been mentioned before?

I also didn't think 56 micron was that thin.. At least not to the extent that it would influence results in any meaningful way. Of course 76 is better than 56. That's a bit odd to mention.
