Yes I was advised to commence on LLLT and I am just waiting on the device. I am already on propecia to stablizie things. I do have some grafts blended in but probably things look worse with the wet hair and the fact that the dye they use for the sites did not hold well in behind the main balding area, so you can see some of the normal colored grafts. We did discuss further procedures as a possibility since my family has a NW 4 pattern mostly. I was keen on having that frontal area done well and so after discussion I went for 1800 grafts in that part. I hope with the maintenance treatments I will only need smaller sessions going forward. Again, my hairline wasn't lowered by more than few mm. Most of the drawing was done to cover the area in the front that was getting see through and also there was more shaving done in the front to clear all the thin hair.
