When the hair sheds, what will it look like, will it have a bulb look at one end ie thinner and almost curled or bent (like the root attached), or should it look like a normal hair which has been cut

Can any transplant doctor be associated to some of the following - International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons (ISHRS, USA), European Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ESHRS, Paris, France), The Royal Society of Medicine, (London , UK)....the list seems to go on. Are these worthwhile credentials (ie do the hold any merit and prevent charltans from joining)or are they just CV fillers to make the doctor look good. Thanks
