Planning to use saline spray post-surgery because I think the Graftcyte and Biotin Spray are way too expensive and have too many chemicals in them.

Anyone know how often you are supposed to use the saline spray in the recipient area (every 30 minutes, every hour, etc.)?

Did the unsatisfied patients that you know of handle the REFUND situation DIRECTLY with Dr. Armani?

At this point, a refund could potentially heal an individual's monetary wounds, but doesn't the contract signed prior to surgery require the patients to come to mediation or arbitration in Ontario, Canada?

Did they call Dr. Armani and speak with him personally?
