I’m not an expert but I had my surgery about 2-3 weeks before you. I think your hair looks great. Do you notice any weak spots cuz there really doesn’t seem to be any? Is there gel throughout the front of your hair cuz it still looks thick even with product?

Thank you. I don’t see any weak spots really. The area I banged to the wall right after my surgery had poor growth, but filled up in the last couple of months. No other weak spots from what I can tell.

Feels and looks pretty dense, but I would have like doing it to be more dense. It isn’t as dense as natural hairline dense, but heck a lot better than before my procedure.

Yeah I have some jel in my hair. Not a single person can tell I have done is his and even when I tell them, they don’t believe me. I am very happy with my results honestly. I would do this all over again.

Hakan Doganay gets lots of hate here and a ton of people are simply biased against him, but I am the proof, the man does and can do solid work. He gets 5 stars from me

  2. I just wanted to make a quick post about my experience on my recent hair transplant. This isn’t about a specific surgeon or clinic, this is about hair transplant in general. Pick the best one fits to your needs, but make sure he or she is a good one.

I must say, getting a hair transplant is one of the best decisions I have made when it comes to improving appearance and confidence.

i had a lot of hair even before my hair transplant, but we all have our own insecurities and expectations when it comes to our hair. I wanted a full, thick, younger looking hairline like my old days and went after it. I was very worried and my friends and family even made fun of me for even considering this, but my insecurities grew as the days went by. I knew, instead of sitting on the sidelines, I had to do something. Afterall, I was always known as that guy with “luscious thick hair” and I always proudly styled it. So suddenly seeing the front thin out was a huge blow to my confidence.

i pulled the trigger and got the hair transplant done. The growth stage truly sucked, but it was well worth it. Today I am at around 7 months post op and I am ready extremely thrilled with my decision and I absolutely recommend everyone who has insecurities about their hair to consider getting this done. It will improve your confidence beyond belief, which will directly effect your life in general. Suddenly you are happier and more confident, this will create a positive chain reaction in other aspects of your life. I am a firm believer, if we are happy about ourselves and our lives, good things just come to us. What we give out is what we get, so go get your hair transplant done, boost your confidence and happiness and improve your life overall.

here is me before and after (7 months) and I am already content.

Very nice progress, thickness & density look great for 6-months! 👍🏻

You temple corners looks to be progressing nicely too but tricky to tell from your latest pics, you got great caliber dark hair, any idea how many microns thick your native hairs are from the doc?

Thank you! I don’t think they even measured that, so I don’t know what caliber. But I have always had thick hair.

Temple areas are filling it pretty decent. Wayyy better than before that’s for sure. The only part that is lacking is the area I banged against the wall and lost my grafts and had to re-transplant. I guess that’s on me..

  4. I think it looks great! My 3 months was like that and now I am at like around 4.5 months and the difference is night and day. I think by the time I hit 6 months, I would be completely satisfied with my hair then. I think you will have a huge growth from now and 6th month mark. I no longer wear a hat!!!

    Will check it out.

Im still in the researcher stage...been doing a lot of and for a while.

    1. I rarely have trashed anyone one here so your questionable assertion of whether I “should be taken seriously “ is moot and laughable actually.

    2. Nor have I given yoyooo my opinion prior or “trashed” Doganay in this thread, I wanted to give the benefit of doubt and see how yoyooo’s results progressed before any comment or criticism...which is being fair and unbiased.

    3. I gave my honest opinion on his results thus-far and my opinion of Dognany based on his past unethical actions given that yoyooo is considering going back to him.

But I guess my opinion and criticism seems to have struck a nerve with you I guess so you seem to being wanting to play defense for Doganay.

I m just wondering, how could you just go suggest someone to consider someone else, where you had zero experience with that specific surgeon.

If you did indeed do a research, you would see he had mixed results just like bunch of other surgeons, including the almighty Erdogan. I have done my research as well, yet I have never posted anywhere here or elsewhere for someone to go consider someone else because such surgeon is terrible. Your statement was just very ignorant.

How would you feel if some random dude on the internet who has never had any dealing with your services just shitting on your business because someone else didn’t have a good experience with you?

I don’t care how you feel about a specific surgeon or business. Instead of trashing them, just choose not to use them. If you had any negative experience with them, then the floor is yours, have at it.

@ILtrooper how is your progress coming along?....I haven’t seen an update..

I did update the thread and talked about when the next update be. So far it’s great. I think I maybe a tad faster grower than the average Joe.

lets move onto your experience. Care to share? Or are you one of those folks just trashing someone because you heard others complained about their experience. And for that reason you should be taken seriously?

    Thanks for updating!

Are you going back to Doganay for your 2nd procedure?.....I hope you don’t....you could do much better going with a different reputable doctor if I’m being honest with you. Your grafts a limited especially going with a 2nd Ht so you must choose wisely.

Care to share your experience with Doganay that failed miserably?
