Hello everyone. I came to this group to hopefully to find some answers/solution. For the past 2 years I been loosing hair. Wasn’t too bad until this recent year. And now I’m really able to notice it and of course getting really scared. I’m 23 years old and I’m not ready to go bold. I read about some pills that’s helps slows down the loss even help regrow hair. (Forgot the name) but was a bit unsure about the side effects. Please if any one has some advice please let me know. From shampoos to pills or anything that would help. Thank you. I’ll attach some pictures. Does not look too bad since I let my hair grow long. But it’s really thinning out and not a lot left.
