[ ISSUE ] Currently my forehead is at the point where I can only rock a buzzcut. I am thinking about doing a FUE procedure. I want to frame my face by restoring my temporal points and maybe lower my hairline (it's currently 7.5 cm high). However I am worried due to my age and the naturalness of the procedure on my temporal points due the characteristics of my hair [ CONTEXT ] I am 21, male and Chinese with porcupine asian hair. Growing up my forehead was above above average in height and width (high hairline and weak temporal points). However since I started thinning at 20, my hairline and temporal points have started miniaturizing + shedding causing my forehead to look massive. I have tried minoxidil (stopped after 4 months) and finasteride (on for 3 months) but miniaturization of my hairline + temporal points has continued. This is depressing because looking a few years back, I have lost a lot of thickness in my hair. Below is a photo my current hair after the shower. Please note how thin and weak my temporal points are growing.
