This just proves a major point.  You clearly had success.  You had more extensive hairloss then Payam from the start.  Payam had less coverage area to cover versus the number of grafts used.  Yet your result looks much better in terms of yield overall based on your coverage area. Payam, clearly isn’t at this point yet it seems from what was posters .  You are living the happy life obviously with the money you spent.  I do not think Payam is doing that just yet.  It’s ok to discredit others if there is a strong valid point, but I think based on what is presented, there are quite a few people concerned and hoping things grow well for Payam.  Due to grafts used and coverage area, it is not a similar comparison.  It’s an unfortunate situation, but the guy clearly is no where near the result you have at this point based on the pics you presented in comparison. 5019 grafts is a lot of grafts and looks like it worked well for you.

In any case, Payam, hope things are getting better.  How is your donor right now?

I think the tables need to be balanced, payam is not happy with Dr Erdogen but many many more are. Also to enable a "strong valid point" as you say, he should give us a proper styled photo instead, of styling it ridiculously... I believe i too could part my hair so it looked worse! If i'd have read this thread previous to my op, maybe i wouldn't have chose Dr Erdogen... and that would have been a huge mistake on my part. From payam's second ever post at 3 days post op he has been complaining of the clinic. Clearly he should never have opted for a HT from ANY clinic!

    Day 3 post op

I am seeing some really bad gaps in my hairline today, coordinator at the clinic is saying it is completely normal but when i google answers from other surgeons and MD's they are saying it is NOT normal and that i should contact the surgeon immediately, which is impossible at this clinic, so i have to trust my coordinator for now..

Day 3 and your panicking... I mean what the fuck... you should never have even contemplated having a HT

  3. I feel I must belatedly jump into this thread and post my asmed update, payam you have had it in for asmed from the beginning, maybe just maybe your stress and worrying caused it (if its actually that bad), also post a photo with your hair styled like a normal person. 5 years i took to decide on a doctor, and i feel like your trying to railroad a clinic with fantastic results. To many he has changed their lives, including myself...1676140106_PointBlur_Mar162019_074008.thumb.jpg.82d8b1318503e1ad7d28a5274794e936.jpg342220720_PhotoCollage_20190316_155423737.thumb.jpg.2d2e8c2d492c9477af7697d37630797e.jpg

Gotchya,...although when I saw your post op photos after the procedure there looks to be many grafts placed in your vertex/crown area, that’s why i wondered.

A 1000 were put in my crown/vertex , if I remember correctly it was to future proof, or maybe I was so bad at the front I never noticed the back 😂. I will add all photos at 12 months, but no one's commented that I need any work at the back 🙂

Can you please also upload a photo of yours from pre surgery time, when you make a 12 month update? Just to show the total review: how you looked before and now?

Concragz you got amazing results! Looks like survival rate of your transplanted grafts is 100%. I have hair micron of almost same size as yours “55” and had my surgery in july 2018. And my results looks nowhere close to yours.

Concragulation again and looking forward to your 12 month update

Congratulations mate, your results already look amazing at 9 months. Looks so natural too. I would be over the moon if I could get close to your result!

I’ve recently had 5015 grafts and similar hair thickness of 55 microns. How long after the procedure did you start the rogaine? Were the clinic ok with you using it?

I started rogaine about 14 days If I remember correctly... May have brought on my early shed

  7. Hi guys... Sorry for the disappearance, at 4 months I felt great, and my confidence just took off. Thanks so much to the team at ASMED and Koray Erdogan. My friends have said my hair looks better now than it did when I had hair at 18!!

I'm nearly at 12 month mark so will post a full update then... As of now I still have stubbly hairs coming through.

The 2 photos I attach are at 16 weeks

  8. OK guys ... at month 2 (8 weeks) I had my hair cut at the sides, on top i could see lots of little black dots appearing, scarring at back and sides is minimal, still felt pretty shitty. I went to see a dermatologist regarding the spots/pimples and was told it could be possible mild folliculitis, i was prescribed lymecycline 408 for 30 days and also hibiscrub shampoo... all spots disappeared within 5 days :D

I post my 2 month photos here now... I felt disappointed at this stage

Now I feel brilliant, at 10 weeks ( 70 days ) I had many hairs sprouting and no longer needed a cap!!! Next week is my 3 month results so will post then but for the last 2 weeks I have felt great and confident... From talking distance ( a metre) away , no one can tell :D Month207.jpg.f6b06d47900ed8392fb45e6446a6e518.jpgMonth208.jpg.917e8c21fa4ce7120837694f2864e9d8.jpg

Wanted to ask you regarding the spots and pimples on your donor, did they appear after 14th day or were their signs before that? I ask as right now, my donor area is completely clean, but wondering if I should get mentally prepared for those pimples..?

Hi Seftest, no there were no signs before 14 days, they just came all of a sudden!

  10. Hi Highlander,

Thanks pal, been shaving my head since 2004 so hard to break the habit. How are you finding it so far? Last update you seemed right on track.

Just updated the thread buddy, everything good but donor zone is irritating as f*ck:mad:

  11. Ok guys im currently at 37 days... 18 days post op I still had a great head of hair... at 24 days 90% had shed  God what a change in 6 days!!! Cant believe how quickly it went!

At 5 weeks though I can see a lot of little black dots, im hoping it is early growth

I must say the donor pain was a lot worse than I imagined and id stock up on painkillers for the first 10-14 days post op.

Other than the shedding the recipient area is fine, numbness went after 3rd week and not too red/pink. but definitely well into ugly duckling phase :(

Donor zone.. God its been irritating as f*ck, loads of little spots and yellow heads from 14 days onwards... Sema advised it could be hair transection and to shampoo more firmly on the donor... which I have but to no avail. I asked about antibiotics-antiseptic but was advised it wasn't needed.

At present I have about 16 yellowheads in the donor and 2 huge hard spots and maybe 15 small hard spots... Just hoping it relieves itself in the next week or ill seek more advice.

Images are attached at 28 days... if you zoom in you can see the pimples in the donor! They have got worse since but my hair has grown to conceal them :)

At the minute the HT doesnt seem worth it but I guess everyone goes through this stage

  12. Looking very dense and it seems that you have recovered perfectly. I see nothing but good things to come. Just be patient. It's the best bit of advice I can give you.

Batten down the hatch's, the first 10 days are crap. Enjoy your 5000 little friends, you will be parting company with most of them over the next few weeks. Once you get to 3 months, the worst will be over and the magic should start from around 4 months. Everything looks nice and tidy so far. Time to me appeared to 'stand still' for the first 3 months, the last few months have flown by. By chrimbo you should be sporting a nice barnet my friend. Good luck

Thanks guys.. i know what awaits thanks to your threads :D
