I went with Dr Dan Mcgrath in Texas. I was told he got 4800 hairs, not grafts. 22.5cm per square inch was taken.I do not have fine hair. I actually have a great donor with very thick hair well over 200cm per square inch.

I recently got a hair transplant that came out to 4800 hairs and i'm curious if this hair density will cover the bald corners I have on my head well, or will it look too thin in comparison to the very strong front middle section that I have. I attached pics of about 8 days after the surgery. Any thoughts? I can add more pictures if. Needed.

Hey Noob. It can be done mate - I did exactly that yesterday. Combining FUE and SMP is the way to go - I had 500 beard hair into the strip scar & tidied it up even more with SMP. Fantastic result, I posted photos on my thread. Good luck.
