Thai male with diffuse thinning, he has been using Finasteride and Minoxidil lotion and do Fotona laser for 6 months which has not much improvement.

So we switch to oral Finasteride 1 mg and oral minoxidil 5 mg daily for 4 months then do FUE 3560 grafts, the result was 7 months following the procedure, and he keeps taking medications after surgery.

He came back last week for another 3000 grafts over the crown and add more density to the front. . 

He takes only oral Minoxidil 5 mg a day, no Finasteride.
