  1. This forum cracks me up, always the old heads telling young nw3s they don't need to touch there hairline.

I had my first surgery at 23, and was in the same position as yourself. Rahal put 2300 grafts on to my entire frontal third.

If you are stabilized with medocatiom.and willing to vomit to life long treatment then hair restoration isna reasomable. However, if you are not willing to take finasteride then it would be a big mistake to undergo restoration.

Expect to need additional work on the future

People seem to.forgrt that having a nw3 on your teenage years and early twenties is not the same as being fourty. It's a crippling feeling jodomg behind a comb over and low.self.esteem.while everyone else your age is living freely.

Get it done, and be that person you want to be.

Message me if you want to talk to someone who's been through the ropes and has suffered baldness since an early.teenager.

I can provide you a better insight

  2. The redness impacted me for a couple months, afterwards the pines lasts around 5-7 months before my skin matches native density.

It can be frustrating but your skin is healing from where you started from

Doctors should stop misleading people with this whole idea that post red inflammation is gone within a month. Absolute bullshit.

Most people with fair skin can expect a few months at minimum before the skin looks presentable.

In your case I would recommend make up. I used a 3 in 1 foundation for a few months post operation. Helps tremendously.

  3. I believe surgeon comoet3nncy along with your own bodies response have a lot to do with the outcome.

First two surgeries with rahal most my hearts fell out by three weeks, and by the fourth was all out.

Third procedure with a Turkish surgeon known as ekrem give, and I would say 50% of the hearts continues to grow, while the remaining fell out. Surprisingly enough, almost all the hearts remained at the hairline, while the rest fell out.

Prior surgeries all addressed the frontal third.

From my exp3rienc3 I believe graft handling and placement latterly determines whether you shed or not. Seeing how my first two procedures I shed everything, while the third I kept a large amount. However the templ3 points all shed in every surgery.

  4. Should be no ecause for concern outside of being within a bad situation of the ugly duckling phase.

Takes me six months to completely have matching skin similirities.

That pink tinge tends to longer around for awhile. Redness is usually gone by three half months.

3 weeks is bullshit. Go stand under a florescent light and tell me it's not pink/red at 3 weeks.

  5. Hasn't Rahal had good FUE results too though?

I'd rather not go to Europe for a HT but it's definitely an option...

Is Rahal good at temporal peak restoration?

I had temple closure, and temple point restoration with Rahal.

    results came out perfect.

A lot of 1 grafts are required.

  6. To be completely honest, smp is absolute crap.

All tattoos bleed out, maitenance and having to deal with colour contrast issues in the future. A lot of the time they have a blue^green tinge once they settle and deal with sun damage. Essentially you will need to cover up around the sun, as snobs no different then wearing a hair piece. Restrictions and the sun ruins it.

A lot of the time it doesn't look good unless you are dark coloured due to contrast differences. Will need to putore effort in keeping the sides and back shaved so you don't have a horse shoe appearance. As the sides and back are more dense and strong in pigmentation then the top.

    Hair transplants or shaving
