I have reached the point where I can no longer cover up my receded hairline (Norwood 2 or 3?) with longer hair and hairspray so I am turning to the only option I have left: a hair transplant. I have been taking fin, minox and nizoral for almost half a year now and they have done wonders to maintain what I have, and the hairs that were thinning now appear a lot thicker. However, I still want back what I've lost.
The problem I face is a lack of funds - I can't afford to drop 4 or 5 thousand pounds on this, so I'm having to turn to the cheaper surgeons like Dr. Madhu. I've read many reviews on his work, but there doesn't appear to be a lot of talk about him the past few years which is making me feel nervous. Perhaps people just don't want to write reviews after they've had it done? Who knows. I probably wouldn't to be fair.
I guess what I'm trying to ask for is reassurance that I'm making the right decision, and if there is anyone who has had work by him recently? I really have no other option, and there is no way in hell I'm giving up and shaving my head.
