Does Dr. Feller use Neograft? I know someone who had his hair done with Dr. Feller and he wasn't happy with the result

I have to make a decision and I am still confused. Should I go with Neograft or go with Bosley. I live in Long island and the Bosley doctor is Dr.Anthony Mollura, The Neograft doctor is plastic surgeon Dr. Greenberg. His technician does the Neograft. I am confused. Been watching youtube video. I am looking for the best result. That is the most important thing . With Neograft, he will be able to do just the front of the head but it's back but it's cheaper. Bosley does everything but it's more expensive. PLEASE HELP
