Yes, you should remove the crusts - you can soak your head in shampoo leave it there for 20 minutes then rub the crusts off

I would have HLC third, they have some excellent results but I haven't seen enough unlike Pekiner who has ample patient reports & the consistency over the years with Keser

Pekiner is the best surgeon in Turkey in my opinion, anyone there charging around 2.85 euros per graft is overpriced compared to him. Except Dr Keser who is close from what I've seen

Incorrect. I am not on finasteride, he does heavily recommend using it though

It looked a lot better when I first got it done, 6 years later pretty average. Maybe since I receded a bit aswell since then

I have heard Dr Konior charges flat rate of 35k USD per day, is this correct? 

Sad to hear you've experienced this. Cosmedica is a well known butchery mill however. Luckily there are plenty of quality surgeons who should be able to rectify it for you

edit: Saw it's only been 2 months since your surgery, there will be no growth on top until atleast 3 months then up until around 8-12 months it will thicken. Relax pal

American clinics charging a premium for subpar results. Nothing new sadly. I'd look at booking a second transplant abroad with a proven doctor, plenty on here - for half the price

Give it 3-4 more months to see the final result, if you're still unhappy get another 1500 grafts or so for extra density - preferably from a good surgeon recommended here

He is finally getting the recognition he deserves, he will probably have a two year waiting list soon. I scoured the internet last year before deciding Pekiner was my guy. 

Dr Laorwong was my second choice, I would have been in safe hands had I opted for him

Surprised he doesn't speak English, I thought everyone in Western Europe spoke English. Anyway he delivers amazing results
