  1. Thanks Bill for your honest, unbiased answer! Any doctors that specialize in BHT that I could ask, I am curious about my long term options. Any reccomendations?
  2. splitting hairs, thanks you for your response. I guess more specifically I am asking if Propecia makes BHTs even LESS effective because they stop body hair from growing. Is propecia a further hindrance to a BHT post-transplant?
  3. I dont understand, I know BHT is used as a last resort. However, I have read that Propecia can STOP BHT's from being effective. So the questions is simple: POST - BHT, continue Propecia/Rogaine or discontinue? Please let us focus on this specific topic, rather than delve into the effectiveness of BHTs in general. Thanks gentlemen.

  5. What about Neosporin on the Recipient site Bill?
  6. How long after a HT can you shave your head again, with a razor?

  8. Is there a place we can go to see how hairlines look at certain densitys? For example 35/sq cm vs. 50/sq cm vs. 70/sq cm???? Or does anyone have pictures they can show us?

  10. Thanks Bill, I understand. I asked another question under the title "Shaved Head Advice", pertaining to the shadow that those of us who shave our heads have. Can you offer any advice for that?
  11. Since shaving thickens the hair, does it mean that the donor area will provide for coverage. In other words: 3,000 grafts shaved head > 3,000 grafts regular My hair feels really coarse and thick when it is not shaved, I hope it means a greater appearance of a full head of hair. Any experiences or thoughts?

  13. I see what you are saying. But I dont think that much hair is needed to achieve the actual shadow. I have parts of my head, ie. a patch in the front, and still has a shadow even though it is going to be gone soon. I am wondering if the early sprouting in months 2/3 will achieve the shadow. Even though the hair would be thin.
  14. Bump. Nothing? Come on I know I am not the only one who is wondering about this!!
  15. SHADOW! Perfect word BALDIE. That is what BALDIE and I want to know, how long before we can get the SHADOW of restored hair. Not the density/volume, just the SHADOW! HELP!
