I think it is a good result but not a homerun. The ingrown hair also appears thin and I guess there will be further improvement especially in the crown.

The area was huge and 3000 grafts is not that much. You loss will continue, so you probably will need another procedure anyway. Your styling is not great either, with some products and better layering, it would appear much denser. Have you tried to slick it back?

Hi. Thank you. I know and the clinic knows that it was not enough (It was a mistake, that’s what I get for not submitting super HD photos).

The crown was sacrificed - 600 grafts went to the crown, 2400 to the front, the original plan was 800 to the crown, 2200 to the front but either way it is a sacrifice.

I can always come back to have a fix anyway. I have realistic goals and not really expecting miracles. But my life has changed and I don’t stress about not having a homerun result.

To be honest it is my choice not to style my hair anymore. And I refuse to apply things like wax, gel, hairspray and not even Toppik. Also I miss having a fringe (it is so nice to finally see my hair when I shower lol) so I am not really into slicking it back.

  2. Hey man, congratulations on pulling the trigger and getting the procedure done, your results so-far look very good and very promising!

Got a question for you....I have noticed that several people that require more grafts , say 4-5000 grafts, have to do the procedure in 2-days at ASMED, my question is: Do you think you could have done it and tolerated and handled the pain and discomfort with a 2nd procedure the following day/morning with more injections , extractions and grafts implanted given how sensitive your scalp was from undergoing the 1st days procedure?

Thanks in advance for any helpful reply!

Hi, Im sorry for the late response. I think it’s better to ask the others because I personally had it one day. I’ll tell you that you wont (and don’t expect to) have a great sleep on the first day. Make sure to bring your own neck pillow because the one they will you is not of good quality. During the procedure of course you are constantly injected with anesthesia (when it wears off it really hurts) They will also give you painkillers if you need to take any. (I personally didn’t take any)

  3. Hello everyone. I just hit Day 152 today (May 23) or 5 months.

Here are some pictures. The first one is without flash and the improvement has been tremendous really!

I am pretty much contented especially looking at my previous photos. Some people notice it too and I look forward to how they will become in the next months!

  4. Slightly premature on my part on posting this post .

They have actually been v supportive and offered me 2nd HT or refund which I had ( surgery) pics coming soon .

Yaman was v supportive and explained the reasons behind not the perfect results .

I think my fustration came from not been able to communicate properly but the new guy who dealt with me is actually quite good.

Also they know about this post and haven’t asked me to delete it which shows they are open to feedback :)

I will be posting my review of 2nd HT with Yaman - in summary every thing went very well 10/10

This is the fishiest thread ever. How much bribe did you get?
