  1. Thanks for your opinion. Yes I would think 1000 is what I can accept. I would deem it too aggressive to have anything more than that. I am worried about poor results from surgery that makes my hairline worse than what it is now.
  2. I am also worried about my crown area. I think it feels quite thin when I touch it. And today when I take these pictures I notice it looks quite sparse and scalp can quite easily be seen (although it is under strong light). I have had alopecia areata in the same area (near the area of the black mole). It started in last July and was about ~3.5cm in size, completely devoid of any hair. I've seen Dr and had steroid injection and Minoxidil spray. Hair slowly grew back after about half a year. I'm not sure if it is the alopecia areata not fully recovering or I'm having early thinning of the crown. I'm more worried about the latter as it means it will likely progress to involve larger area. I am very upset upon discovering that today =(
  3. Hi everyone I'm new to this forum. I'm 29 asian. I've been having high forehead since teenage. Now I have a high hairline with recession at the temple areas. It looks not that bad when I comb my hair forward. But when I have messy hair or its windy my high forehead and temples do show up easily. I do not see very obvious progression throughout the years, although if it takes place really slowly I might not have noticed. I've consulted a Dr. who does FUT and FUE. He was busy with his surgery and spent only very little time explaining and looking at my hair, but he said it would be around ~1000 grafts FUE to fill the temples +/- thicken the hairline. My goal is to fill the temple areas. +/- if possible it woud be great to lower the hairline a little bit for like 0.5cm too. What I am worried about is making it worse than what it is. Another problem is I have 14 days of holiday before I return to work and I dont want my colleagues to know about it. So would you think having a small session FUE to fill the temples +/- lower the hairline a little bit is worth the risk? Thank you very much for reading!
