I spoke to their person at the desk a few weeks back and was told that feller no longer performs any surgeries.

Dr feller no longer practices apparently. He’s more of a consultant now. That’s how it was when I paid top dollar back in 2016. Fellers hands never touched my head. I paid “top dollar” and only Blake’s hands touched my head. I remember feller coming in and Blake showing him what he was doing, feller gave some piece of advice or mumbled something then walked out. Feller came in again during the graft placements by the two techs and told them multiple times how to do the graft placement. I’d go into further detail but then I’d be accused of being a liar and threatened with a lawsuit.

I read your letter and this “round robin” thing they said…. Yeah well that didn’t happen for me. They only used 2 technicians who placed all of my grafts. I’d go into more detail but I really don’t want a letter from their lawyer threatening to sue me for comments online. Let’s just say based on my accounts of my procedure with Blake that I’d never recommend him to my worst nightmare. Oh boy how I love my half inch wide FUT scar.

Certified mail? Whats next? A letter from his representation?

Maybe that’s why they are going aggressively after people who leave bad reviews.

Spoke with Dr. K via email. He thinks the scar is too wide for another FUT as it wouldn’t harvest much donor hair because half of my scalp would need to be removed (my words). It would most likely result in stretching and leaving me with another wide scar. He recommends 2000 FU’s via FUE and another 300 from my beautiful chest hair (I buzz it so he can take it all for all I care!) to be placed into the scar. I’m thinking we should do 7000 from my chest and cover my whole head and make me look like mamoa guy, Eh I can dream. I do like that he is being conservative and not trying to over harvest like the clinics in turkey. I just hope 2000 FU’s to the hairline and front would be enough for a full dense look.

Thank you so much for your detailed response. I cannot find anything that you wrote that I can disagree with. I believe that the FUT is probably the best in this case. I will hopefully have a better outcome of scarring than I did with Dr Bloxham’s what I like to call “monstrosity”. Which also extends past my ears. It’s a very long and wide scar. It looks like a butcher job IN MY OPINION (I don’t want to be accused of slander by representation). I have not had any FUE procedures so I am hoping that after an FUT procedure, I am able to have an FUE in the crown, as you said, further down the line if needed. Also, I believe that the photo I posted doesn’t show how much hair I actually have. It seems to be less than there is because the hair just behind the hairline is white. I went gray very early and used to dye it. If I dye it now it will look fuller. I’ll try to upload a pic showing it a bit more.

Would you recommend a good clinic in Türkiye, like Yaman or Bicer? I am in NYC and I know there are a few good ones here. Although last time I went to “one of the best” and my scar came out looking like the Long Island expressway. Also, do you think I’d be able to put anymore in the crown? ant thoughts on Dr Carlos Wesley?

I’d also feel violated by that clinic. I’m not sure why they are so recommended. I’ve been hearing bad stories lately.

This is very helpful! Thank you! I will look into Hattingen. I would prefer an FUE with transplanting some grafts into the scar. But do you think if I did another FUT, that would save some more donor hair if I ever needed more? I like the idea of FUE and transplanting into the scar. Resul Yamans group told me they would be doing 4000-4500 grafts to the front area and if I wanted in the scar line that I would sacrifice some grafts from the front for the scar. How many grafts would be needed in the scar? One thing that worries me about Türkiye is the over harvesting. I’ve been consistently quoted 4000 grafts from Turkish clinics, where other locations have said they would use less grafts. This will be my third and I hope final procedure.

He didn’t say how many grafts. He just said his cost is 40K euro after seeing my photos
